My name is Hiren (27 years old) and my wife (25 year old) are looking for 1 roommate (girl). We have a wonderful opportunity for a new roommate to join our living arrangement, and I wanted to reach out and provide you with some details.
Firstly, let me assure you that our house is located in a really nice area. The best part is that it only takes about 10 minutes to reach both the Bahnhof (train station) and the university by bus. We are fortunate to have a bus stop conveniently located near our house, just a 1-minute walk away. supermarket is also near by us. This makes commuting easy and hassle-free.
Now, let's talk about the available room. It's located on the ground floor with balcony. You'll be pleased to know that the room comes fully furnished with everything you need. you have a comfortable bed, a spacious cupboard, a chair, a dining table, balcony chairs and a table, an extra mattress, a drying rack, a washing machine, and a refrigerator. You won't have to worry about acquiring any furniture or appliances - it's all there for you!
The total warm rent 550 euro which include everything (radio bill + internert bill + electricity).
As for the move-in date, we will happy if you join us from 1st June, 2024. This means that the room will be available starting from that date, and we are actively looking for a new roommate to join our flat.
