Die Wohnung liegt im 9. Stock und bietet dir daher eine wunderschöne Aussicht über den Mailwald. Das Zimmer ist 10 m² groß, zusätzlich hast du noch Stauraum in einem extra Räumchen, in dem auch der Kleiderschrank steht. Bett (1,20m), Schreibtisch und das Regal stehen dir zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und auch im Bad ist Platz für deine Sachen.
Wir haben einen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht, der sowohl über Hannahs als auch über Paulas Zimmer erreichbar ist. Im Frühling wollen wir ihn noch mit Kräutern bepflanzen. In der Morgensonne kann man dort auch prima frühstücken.
The apartment is on the 9th floor and therefore offers you a wonderful view over Mailwald Forest. The room is 10 m² in size, and there is also extra storage space in a seperate room, with your wardrobe in it. Bed (1.20m), desk and shelf are at your disposal. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also space for your stuff in the bathroom.
We have a balcony with a beautiful view that can be reached via both Hannah's and Paula's rooms. In spring we want to decorate it with plants and herbs. In the morning sun you can also have a great breakfast there.
Der Stadtteil Sieglitzhof ist mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus 10-15 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle "Rennesstraße" befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür, von dort fahren zwei Linien (284 und 294) in die Stadt und wieder zurück.
An das Haus schließt direkt der Mailwald an, in dem man gut Spazieren oder auch ein nettes Plätzchen für ein Picknick finden kann. Es gibt dort auch einen Trimm-Dich-Pfad und Tischtennisplatten.
Zu Fuß sind einige kleine Geschäfte zu finden (Tegut, Bäcker, Bank, Apotheke, Post). Größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kaufland, Aldi, dm) sind aber auch nicht weit.
Sieglitzhof is located 10-15 minutes from the city center by bike or bus. The "Rennesstraße" bus stop is right at the front door, where two lines (284 and 294) go into the city and back again.
Mailwald Forest directly adjoins the house, where you can take a walk or find a nice spot for a picnic. There is also a fitness trail and ping-pong tables.
A few small shops (Tegut, bakery, bank, pharmacy, post office) are in walking distance. Larger shops (Kaufland, Aldi, dm) are not far either.
In der WG leben Hannah (22), die Skandinavistik und Theater-und-Medienwissenschaften studiert, und Paula (25), die Informatik studiert. Wir treffen uns gerne zum Quatschen in der Küche, kochen zusammen und machen Spiele- und Filmabende. Gerne auch mit (Glüh-)Wein oder Rum-Cola. Außerdem haben wir eine Vorliebe für Sushi. Im Sommer würden wir gerne zusammen Grillen, Bouldern, Schwimmen oder auf was wir dann Lust haben.
In the shared apartment live Hannah (22), who's major is Scandinavian studies and theater and media studies, and Paula (25), who's major is computer science. We like to meet in the kitchen to chat, cook together and have games and film nights, while drinking (mulled) wine or rum-coke. We also have a thing for sushi. In summer we would like to have a barbecue, go bouldering, swimming or whatever we feel like doing.
Die WG ist mit einer Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Badewanne ausgestattet.
Außerdem hat das Haus einen Aufzug, sodass du dir wegen des 9. Stocks keine Gedanken machen musst. Vor dem Haus ist ein großer Fahrradständer und genügend Parkmöglichkeiten.
Unser Mitbewohner ist ein ganzes Jahr im Ausland, deshalb ist es ein ganzes Jahr frei, aber wir können uns auch vorstellen zwei mal für ein halbes Jahr zu vermieten. Das Zimmer ist ab 1. April frei, du könntest aber auch erst zum 15. einziehen.
The flat is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and a bathtub.
The house also has an elevator so you don't have to worry about living at the 9th floor. In front of the house is a large bicycle stand and plenty of parking space.
Our roommate will be abroad for a whole year, therefore the room is available for the whole year. If needed, we would also rent the room two times for half a year. Moving in would be possible between 1st and 15th of April.
