ich suche von 01.10 - 30.11. nach einem/-er Zwischenmieter/-in für mein Zimmer in St (Danach können Sie Hauptmieter sein). Augustinus Wohnheim von Joseph-Stiftung. Ich wohne in einem 2er WG. Man hat ein Zimmer mit WC und Dusche drin aber die Küche ist geteilt. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 m² und verfügt über einen Schreibtisch, einen Stuhl, ein kleines Sofa, ein Bett und einen Schrank, also im Grunde alles, was Sie brauchen, um loszulegen. Die ganze Wohnung ist 60 m² , es gibt ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer zum Entspannen und Geselligkeit, die Küche hat alles, was Sie brauchen (Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Reiskocher usw.). Ein Parkhaus befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, Stellplätze können kostenpflichtig angemietet werden.

I'm looking for a sub-tenant for my room in the St. Augustinus dormitory of the Joseph Foundation from 01.10 - 30.11. Since I have finished my studies, after that, you can be the main tenant. I live in a shared flat for two. You have a room with a toilet and shower but the kitchen is shared. The room is around 18 m² and has a desk, chair, small sofa, bed, and closet, so basically everything you need to get started. The whole flat is 60 m², there is a sofa bed in the living room for relaxing and socializing, the kitchen has everything you need (oven, microwave, kettle, rice cooker, etc.). There is a parking garage in the immediate vicinity, parking spaces can be rented for a fee.

An einem sehr ruhigen Ort gelegen. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum und Supermarkt entfernt. Bushaltestelle 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Bahnhof 15 Minuten zu Fuß. McDonald's 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

Ruhige Alltag in einer studentischen Umgebung. Ihre vorübergehende Mitbewohnerin spricht Englisch, Deutsch und Persisch, sie ist sehr aufgeschlossen. Wir treffen uns gerne in der Küche/Wohnzimmer, essen zu Abend, trinken Tee oder reden einfach über den Tag.
