Ich gehe ab Mitte Mai bis Ende des Jahres ins Ausland und würde dafür mein Zimmer untervermieten. Im Preis sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten. Das Zimmer hat mehrere Schränke etc. frei zur Verfügung, ich würde alles so gut wie möglich ausräumen. Die Möbel bleiben aber natürlich alle da.
Wir sind flexibel was Einzug/Auszug betrifft.
Wir sind in der Nähe vom Schlachthof, aber man hat hier zero Geruchtsbelästigung. Man kann super gut parken, ist aber auch schnell beim Bus, in der Innenstadt und beim Supermarkt.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist von Ende Juni bis Ende September auch weg, aber immer mal am Wochenende da. Man hätte aber in der Zeit die Wohnung für sich.
Interessant ist noch, dass unsere Katze bis Ende Juni dann auch da bleibt. Sie ist ganz lieb und man braucht sich nicht viel kümmern.
Dusche und Klo sind getrennt :)
