Das Zimmer ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet: Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Regale, Spiegeln und Lampen. Alle Möbeln bleiben drinnen. Du musst keine Kosten für die Übernahme bezahlen. Es ist ein großes und helles Zimmer und befindet sich in der unteren Etage unserer Wohnung. Das Bad wird mit einer weiteren Person geteilt. Du zahlst 350 für alles insgesamt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und man kann alles schnell erreichen. Nur 5 min Fußweg sind es bis zur Ubahn Haltestelle der U11/U17 mit denen man den Hauptbahnhof in nur 7 min. erreicht. Das Haupteinkaufszentrum Limbecker Platz ist nur 5 min. mit der U Bahn entfernt. Auch die Uni Essen ist ganz in der Nähe. Nur zweit U Bahnstationen( 2 min.) oder aber auch 15-20 zu Fuß.
Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: 10 min Fußweg bis Aldi, 15 min. bis Lidl und 2 Minuten bis zum türkischen Supermarkt
In der oberen Etage wohnen Sonia und Lilly. Sonia kommt aus Honduras und ist Ärztin. Lilly kommt auf Kolumbien und ist Physiotherapeutin. Unter der Woche haben wir alle viel zu tun, aber am Wochenende unternehmen wir auch gerne etwas zusammen.
