Hallo, ich suche ab dem 1. Juni einen Mieter für ein geräumiges 25m2 großes und möbliertes Zimmer. Essener Hauptbahnhof, Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Edeka, Lidl, DM) sind in 6/7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (oder weniger, wenn Sie schneller gehen).
Der Raum ist mit Anmeldung/Stadtanmeldung verfügbar.
Die Miete beträgt 395€ (alles Gas, Strom und Internet inklusive). Kaution 450€.
Die Möbel (ein Doppelbett mit Matratze, große Kleiderschränke, Tisch, Stuhl, Sofa, das als Bett ausgezogen werden kann, Teppich, zwei Nachttische, ein Bücherregal) müssen mit etwas Aufwand übernommen werden. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Staubsauger, Waschmaschine usw.

Hello, I am looking for a tenant from 1st June for spacious 25m2 & furnished room. Essen hbf, Grocery Shops (Edeka, Lidl, DM) are within 6/7 mins walking distance (or less if you walk faster).
The room is available with anmeldung / city registration.
The rent is 395€ (everything gas, electricity and internet included). Deposit 450€.
The furnitures (one double size bed with mattress, big wardrobes, table, chair, sofa which can be extend as a bed, carpet, two bed side table, one bookshelf) are needed to be taken over with a little amount. The apartment is well equipped with Coffee machine, fridge and freezer, vacuum, washing machine etc.

- Lebensmittelgeschäfte wie Lidl, Kaschmir Shop, Asia to go Markt sind 8-10 Minuten entfernt.

Du wirst das Haus mit einer anderen Frau teilen. Ihr Name ist Parijat. Sie kommt aus Indien und macht gerade sein Doktorat. Dieses WG ist kein Zweck-WG aber ist sehr freundlich, falls du gute Zeit gemeinsam mit deiner Mitbewohnerin verbringen möchtest! ;)

You will be sharing the apartment with another girl. Her name is Parijat. She comes from India and is doing her PhD in Essen. This WG is very friendly, if you want then you can spend some very good time with your roommate! ;)
Es gibt eine bestimmte Reinigungsroutine zwischen uns, um das Haus zu reinigen, die wir wöchentlich abwechselnd durchführen. Das muss man auch befolgen.
