The 3-room apartment was last renovated in 2020. The bathroom and kitchen are very modern and high quality.
In front of the house there is a communal garden for relaxing or for common barbecue evenings.
Washing machines are available for shared use in the basement.

Das WG-Zimmer wird warm vermietet, inkl. Internet. Lediglich die GEZ-Gebühr kommt hinzu und muss innerhalb der WG aufgeteilt werden.
Auf Wunsch ist es auch möglich, das Zimmer gegen Aufpreis möbliert zu mieten.
Gerne kann die Mietzahlung auch durch das JobCenter erfolgen.
Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es im Umkreis ausreichend. Optional kann ein Garagen-Stellplatz kostenpflichtig gemietet werden.
