Ich suche eine/n Mitbewohner/in für meine sonnige Dachgeschosswohnung! Zu vergeben ist ein geräumiges, luftiges Zimmer in einer wunderschönen und eleganten Wohnung in einem Jugendstilgebäude im Zentrum von Feldkirch.
Das Zimmer hat ein Bett und einen eingebauten Kleiderschrank und Stauraum. Die Wohnung verfügt über alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten: voll ausgestattete Küche, Wifi, Klimaanlage. Die Wohnung hat auch eine unglaubliche Terrasse, von der man die gesamte Stadt bewundern kann, im Sommer sonnenbaden und einige spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge genießen.
Es gibt auch einen Keller im Gebäude, wo Dinge wie Skier, Fahrräder usw. sicher gelagert werden können. Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Aufzug und eine Bar und ein Restaurant im Erdgeschoss.
Der Preis beträgt 750EUR - alles ist inbegriffen (Heizung, Wasser, Strom, Internet).

Looking for a housemate to share my sunny rooftop apartment! Up for grabs is a spacious, airy room in a stunning and elegant apartment located in an Art Nouveau building in the very center of Feldkirch.
The room has a bed and inbuilt wardrobe and storage space. The apartment has all the necessary amenities: fully equipped kitchen, Wifi, air conditioning. The apartment also has an incredible terrace, from which you can admire the entire town, sunbathe in summer and enjoy some spectacular sunsets.
There is also a cellar in the building, where things such as skis, bikes etc. can be safely stored. The building has an elevator and a bar and restaurant on the ground floor.
Price is 750EUR - everything is included (heating, water, electricity, internet).
Die Lage ist ideal - der zentrale Busknotenpunkt (Busplatz) ist in zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, der Bahnhof in 10 Minuten, beide mit sehr guten Verbindungen nach Liechtenstein, in die Schweiz, nach Deutschland und ins übrige Vorarlberg. Ein Supermarkt ist vier Minuten entfernt, ebenso wie verschiedene Bars, Cafés, Restaurants, Geschäfte usw. Ein Facharzt für Allgemeinmedizin und ein Zahnarzt haben ihre Praxen ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Zweimal in der Woche, dienstags und samstags, findet in Feldkirch auf dem zentralen Marktplatz ein Bauernmarkt statt, auf dem frisches Obst, Gemüse, Käse, Blumen usw. gekauft werden können.

The location is ideal - the central bus hub (Busplatz) is two minutes away on foot, while the train station is 10 minutes away, both of which offer very convenient connections to Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Germany and the rest of Vorarlberg. A supermarket is four minutes away, as well as various bars, cafes, restaurants, shops etc. A doctor specializing in general medicine and a dentist also have their cabinets a few minutes away by foot.
Twice a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays, Feldkirch hosts in its central marketplace a farmer's market, where fresh fruit, vegetables, cheese, flowers etc can be purchased.

- Da es Rauchmelder in der Wohnung gibt, ist ein Nichtraucher zu sein eine Voraussetzung.
- Das gewünschte Alter liegt zwischen 28-40 Jahren.
- Aufgrund der sehr zentralen Lage der Wohnung gibt es keinen reservierten Parkplatz.
- Es ist eine Kaution von 1000 EUR zu hinterlegen, die dir am Ende deines Aufenthalts zurückerstattet wird, wenn alles gut läuft.
- Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

- The ideal candidate is rather quiet, laid back, neat and cool :) Internationals are welcome, since I am one myself.
- Since there are smoke detectors inside the apartment, being a non-smoker is a requirement.
- The required age range is between 28-40 years old.
- Due to the ultra-central location of the apartment, there is no reserved parking space.
- A 1000EUR deposit is required, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay, if all goes well.
- Pets are not allowed.
Ich bin normalerweise abends erreichbar, aber wenn du mir eine E-Mail schreibst, antworte ich ziemlich schnell. Wenn du mich kontaktierst, wäre es nett, ein paar Details zu wissen, wie dein Alter, dein Arbeitsplatz und die Dauer, für die du das Zimmer mieten möchtest. Idealerweise wäre die Anmietung langfristig - kurzfristige Anmietungen (weniger als ein Jahr) sind leider nicht möglich. Und schließlich (aber nicht zuletzt!) ein paar Angaben zu deiner Persönlichkeit.

I am usually available in the evenings, but if you write me an email, I reply pretty fast. If you contact me, it would be nice to know a few details such as your age, place of employment and the duration for which you would like to rent the room. Ideally the rental would be longterm - short term rentals (less than one year) are unfortunately not possible. And last - (but not least!) a few details about your personality.
