The historic building near one of the city's main thoroughfares offers beautiful views both in the corridor and from our balcony. Despite its proximity to bustling streets, the apartment remains peacefully quiet.
The entrance boasts a spacious corridor leading to two bathrooms, and a roomy kitchen serving as the main gathering spot with your flatmates. The kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators and all essential cooking appliances. Also, from the kitchen, you have access to the balcony, perfect for year-round use.
The room has a bright window.
The flatmates have organized a cleaning system, and everyone contributes differently each week. There are students, professionals, some doing both. Some study in Berlin, while others work here in Frankfurt Oder. You can always strike up a conversation in the kitchen, and if you prefer tranquility, you can retreat to your room. Das historische Gebäude in der Nähe einer der Hauptverkehrsstraßen der Stadt bietet sowohl vom Flur als auch von unserem Balkon aus eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Trotz der Nähe zu belebten Straßen bleibt die Wohnung angenehm ruhig.
Der Eingang verfügt über einen geräumigen Flur, der zu zwei Badezimmern führt, und eine geräumige Küche, die als zentraler Treffpunkt für Ihre Mitbewohner dient. Die Küche ist mit zwei Kühlschränken und allen wichtigen Kochgeräten ausgestattet. Außerdem haben Sie von der Küche aus Zugang zum Balkon, der sich perfekt für die ganzjährige Nutzung eignet.
Das Zimmer verfügt über ein helles Fenster.
Die Mitbewohner haben ein Reinigungssystem organisiert und jeder leistet jede Woche einen anderen Beitrag. Es gibt Studenten, Berufstätige, einige machen beides. Manche studieren in Berlin, andere arbeiten hier in Frankfurt Oder. In der Küche können Sie jederzeit ein Gespräch beginnen, und wenn Sie Ruhe bevorzugen, können Sie sich auf Ihr Zimmer zurückziehen. Frankfurt is not big, nothing is far away here. Our apartment is located directly at the beautiful Kleistpark, by bike or on foot you are everywhere in a few minutes. The nearest bus stop is reached in only 2 minutes. Also, the tram from the Kleistpark can be reached in 8 min walk. The many different shopping opportunities are on the way from the university (also from the language center) to the apartment. In addition, other grocery stores are within 10 minutes walking distance. And if you don't feel like cooking, we also have a delicious sushi restaurant with a huge selection right downstairs

Frankfurt ist nicht groß, hier ist nichts weit weg. Unsere Wohnung liegt direkt am wunderschönen Kleistpark, mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß sind Sie in wenigen Minuten überall. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in nur 2 Minuten erreichbar. Auch die Straßenbahn vom Kleistpark ist in 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die vielen verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen auf dem Weg von der Universität (auch vom Sprachenzentrum) zur Wohnung. Darüber hinaus sind weitere Lebensmittelgeschäfte innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Und wenn Sie keine Lust zum Kochen haben, haben wir auch direkt im Erdgeschoss ein leckeres Sushi-Restaurant mit einer riesigen Auswahl.

We have spent important times of my life in this apartment. Times that have been lovely because of the beautiful flat, but moreover because of my flatmates. You would move in with Emilia 🇵🇱, Tobi 🇩🇪, Facundo 🇦🇷and Armando 🇸🇻. I had the chance to spend pleasant time with them having dinner in our kitchen or enjoying a glass of wine in our balcony during the sunset. You are more than welcome to join them if you like, but no worries if you are not in the mood… Everyone is always respectful of each other privacy. From there I would say it is a pleasantly balanced coexistence.

Wir haben wichtige Zeiten meines Lebens in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Es waren schöne Zeiten wegen der schönen Wohnung, aber vor allem auch wegen meiner Mitbewohner. Du würdest bei Emilia 🇵🇱, Tobi 🇩🇪, Facundo 🇦🇷und Armando 🇸🇻 einziehen. Ich hatte die Gelegenheit, eine angenehme Zeit mit ihnen zu verbringen, beim Abendessen in unserer Küche oder bei einem Glas Wein auf unserem Balkon während des Sonnenuntergangs. Sie sind herzlich willkommen, sich ihnen anzuschließen, wenn Sie möchten, aber keine Sorge, wenn Sie keine Lust dazu haben ... Alle respektieren immer die Privatsphäre des anderen 😊 Von daher würde ich sagen, dass es ein angenehm ausgeglichenes Zusammenleben ist.

The furniture in the pictures of the room must be taken over for a small fee.
