Die Wohnung liegt zentral zwischen Innenstadt und Hansaviertel in einer Gegend mit viel Natur, dem Flüsschen „Klinge“, schöner Architektur und einer allgemein ruhigen Atmosphäre. Der Blick aus dem Balkon ist wirklich wundervoll. Die Bushaltestelle zum Zentrum und zum Bahnhof ist 3 Minuten entfernt, ebenso wie ein Sportplatz und Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, wie die "Kulturmanufaktur Gerstenberg" alias KUMA und das Restaurant, Billardplatz "Frankfurter Hütte". Es sind zwei Supermärkte in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sowie Ärzte, Schulen und dergleichen. Die Tramstation der Linie 4 ist über den Poetensteig oder die Bergstraße in 15 Minuten entspannt erreichbar.

The apartment is centrally located between the city center and "Hansaviertel" in an area with lots of nature, the little river "Klinge", beautiful architecture and a generally calm atmosphere. The view from the balcony is really beautiful and I love living here. The busstop to the very center and the train station is 3 minutes away, as well as a sports field and leisure possibilities close by such as the "Kulturmanufaktur Gerstenberg" aka KUMA and the restaurant, Billard place "Frankfurter Hütte". There are two supermarkets reachable in 10 minutes by foot and doctors, schools and such.

Ich freue mich, auf eine neue Mitbewohnerin und würde mir eine erwachsene, gelassene und fröhliche Wohngemeinschaft wünschen so zwischen den eigenen Wegen und Tätigkeiten und einem guten Miteinander, bei dem wir uns nicht fremd bleiben. Wäre das etwas für Dich?

Kurz zu mir: Ich bin eine freiberuflich tätige, unkomplizierte Kulturwissenschaftlerin und berate derzeit Unternehmen und Einzelpersonen, moderiere Veranstaltungen und im Radio und betreibe die "Kulturmanufaktur", einen wundervollen Kultur-und Gemeinschaftsort mit Bühne, Bar, Coworking, Ateliers sowie vielen Veranstaltungen. Daher bin ich recht viel unterwegs und genieße die Zeit, die ich zuhause verbringen kann, sehr. Ich bin in Berlin geboren und aufgewachsen, habe aber auch im Raum Frankfurt/Main, in Austin/Texas, Berkeley/Californien, New York, Alicante/Spanien, Granville/Normandie und lange in Berlin gewohnt. Seit 8 Jahren wohne ich wieder in Frankfurt (Oder), wo ist studiert habe und seit 2004 in verschiedenen Formen tätig bin. Ich liebe es hier zu wohnen, engagiere mich stark für die Stadt und fühle mich wohl damit, sinnvollen tätig zu sein.

Briefly about me: I am a freelance, uncomplicated and friendly cultural scientist and artist, currently advise companies and individuals, moderate events and for a radio station, write and run the "Kulturmanufaktur", a wonderful cultural center and community place with a stage, a bar, coworking, studios and many events. I work and travel quite a bit and really enjoy the time I can spend at home. I was born in Berlin, but have also lived in the Frankfurt/Main area, in Austin/Texas, Berkeley/California, New York, Alicante/Spain, Granville/Normandy and for a long time in Berlin. I have been living in Frankfurt (Oder) for 7 years, where I studied and have been working in various forms since 2004. I enjoy living here, I am very committed to the city and I love doing meaningful work.
