Das Zimmer wird ab dem 26.08.2019 bis zum 31.01.2019 frei.Das Zimmer ist MÖBLIERT.
Das Zimmer ist zu einer kleinen Fußgängerseitenstraße hin. Durch die Küche hat man einen direkten Blick auf den schönen Park. Die Möbel bieten viel Platz für Stauraum und der Rest kann im Keller untergebracht werden.
Es gibt ein großes Bad mit kleinen Schränken, in dem jeder sein Fach hat. Die Küche bietet die Grundausstattung Geschirr und Besteck, eine Waschmaschine, einen großen Kühlschrank und eine kleine Spülmaschine.

The Room is directed to a small pedestrian street and from the kitchen window you have a beautiful view to the park.
There is a big bathroom with a tub and a cabinet, where everyone has own space. In the kitchen is a washingmashine a big fridge and a small dishwasher too.
Der UNI CAMPUS ist 10 min zu Fuß entfernt.
In 10 min zu Fuß gelangt man auch zum ZENTRUM mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bei Aldi, Kaufland, H&M, die Post, Cafés und diversen Shops.
Im Zentrum fährt die Tram 2 in Richtung SPRACHENZENTRUM.
Die Tram 1 und 4 hält quasi vor der Tür und fährt auch zum Bahnhof in 12 min. (Fährt auch über Zentrum)
Von der Wohnung aus, kann man aber auch in 15 min bis zum Bahnhof laufen.
In 5 min zu Fuß ist die Halbinsel Ziegenwerder direkt an der Oder, zum spazieren gehen oder um einen blumigen Umweg zur Uni zu machen.
In 10 min by foot you can reach the University and the City Center, where are some stores, groceries, post office, cafés and the Tram station to the Sprachenzentrum (language academy)
To the main trainstation you can take the Tram or walk in 15 minutes.
Derzeit gibt es keine feste Konstellation in der WG.
Jeder hat einen Mietvertrag für sein eigenes Zimmer, sodass keine finanziellen Risiken bei Auszug eines Mitbewohners für die anderen entstehen.
Ab dem 1.8 zieht ein neuer Mitbewohner oder neue Mitbewohnerin in ein Zimmer. Wir sind noch gespannt wer es sein wird. Tom kehrt aus seinem Auslandssemester Ende September wieder zurück. Sein Zimmer ist derzeit untervermietet, aber derjenige ist kaum da.
Daher kann ich nur sagen wie das WG leben mit Tom war. Er ist sehr zuverlässig und ein netter Mitbewohner, mit dem man auch gut quatschen konnte. Du kommst also in eine entspannte, freundliche und hilfsbereite WG. Im Haus gibt es auch weitere WGs die sich untereinander kennen und es werden gerade neue Wohnungen zu WGs ausgebaut, sodass man gut Anschluss finden kann.
Everybody has a contract for his own room, so nobody take a financial risk when one flatmate moves out.
At the moment there is no stable constellation of flatmates.
On the first of August we will get a new roommate, but we are still curious who it will be. Tom comes back from abroad in the end of September. Toms room is rented by this time to a guy who is barely there. I can just describe the time when Tom and me lived together. You come in a peacefully, friendly and cooperative flat community. There are some other flat communities as well in the house which are connected and some more are in planning.
