Wegen der Arbeit werde ich im Juli und August in andere Städte sein. Mein Zimmer in Frankfurt wird verfügbar sein. Ich suche also eine Zwischenmiete.
Unsere Wohnung ist insgesamt 135qm groß, insgesamt 5 Zimmer, 2 Badezimmer, 1Toilette und eine Küche. Mein Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß, nach Süden ausgerichtet, sehr komfortabel. Eines der kleinen Badezimmer liegt direkt neben meinem Zimmer, daher nutze ich es meist alleine. Grundsätzlich sind alle Möbel im Raum vorhanden.
Alle zwei Wochen gibt es Putzfrau, die putzen.
BTW: 495€/alles Inklusiv
Das Haus liegt 3 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr günstig. Alle S-Bahnen sind vorhanden. In die Innenstadt sind es 5 Minuten und zum Frankfurter Flughafen 10 Minuten.
Meine Mitbewohnerinnen und Mitbewohner sind super easy going, und super nett.
