Austattung der Küche mit Ceranfeldherd, Spüle, 2 Kühl-/Gefrierschränke und div. Ober- und Unterschränken (Grundausstattung Geschirr).

The rooms are all spacious and can be booked for single occupancy as well as for occupancy for up to 2 persons.

For common use for all residents are the built-in kitchen and the new sanitary area with 2 shower cubicles and 3 toilets as well as 1 washing machine and 1 dryer available.

The room is equipped with bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk, chair and TV.

Die all inkl. monatlichen Zimmerpreise variieren in den zentralen Lagen ab € 700,- je nach Zimmergröße, Einzel-/oder Doppelbettgröße, Buchungsdauer und Zeitraum.

Einheitlich in allen Objekten sind die Konditionen bzgl. Kaution. Hier gilt immer eine Monatsgebühr, welche bei Buchung eines Zimmers zu zahlen ist und welche innerhalb von 2 Wochen nach ordnungsgemäßer Rückgabe des Zimmers zurückgezahlt wird.

Einheitlich in allen Objekten ist auch eine einmalige Endreinigungs-pauschale in Höhe von € 200,- bis € 250,- für den gesamten Aufenthalt.
