In unserer WG werden bis spätestens 01.05.2022 zwei schöne Zimmer (15 und 23qm) frei.

Wir sind eine langjährig gewachsene und liebenswerte 5er-WG im Herzen des Frankfurter Bahnhofsviertels. Da eine Mitbewohnerin und ich (leider) spätestens zum 01.05.2022 ausziehen werde, suchen wir nach zwei neuen Mitbewohner*innen.
Das Zimmer hier ist mit 15qm das kleinste Zimmer der WG - ich finde aber die großen Gemeinschaftsflächen und unser gemütliches Wohnzimmer machen das mehr als wett! Den großen Kleiderschrank würde ich gerne im Zimmer belassen und dafür eine Abschlagssumme vereinbaren (kann aber alles diskutiert werden).
Room/Flat DESCRIPTION
We are a 5-person shared flat that has grown over many years in the heart of Frankfurt's Bahnhofsviertel.
Since one of my flatemates and I will (unfortunately) move out in April, we are looking for two nice new flatmates.
The room here is the smallest one of our flat with 15qm, but I think the large common areas and our cozy living room more than make up for it. I would like to leave the large wardrobe in the room for a small payment (but of course, this can be discussed).
Unsere schöne Altbauwohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. In rund 5-10 Minuten ist mensch am Bahnhof, Main und Innenstadt. Das Viertel ist sehr lebendig mit vielen Restaurants, Bars, Läden und multikulturellem Flair.
THE LOCATION
Our beautiful old building is very centrally located. In about 5-10 minutes you are at the train station, Main and city center. The district is very lively with many restaurants, bars, shops and a multicultural flair.
Wir sind zwischen 26 und 35 Jahren, arbeiten in den Bereichen Wirtschaft/Politik, Film/Animation und Forschung und haben vielfältige Interessen, v.a. Sport, Literatur, Politik, Gärtnern, Kulinarisches, Reisen,...
Das Wichtigste für uns ist, dass Du gut in unsere WG passt. Unser Gemeinschaftsleben ist uns wichtig und wir sind keine Zweck-WG, haben aber auch alle unser eigenes Leben.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr groß (190qm) und wurde liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet. Unser großes Wohnzimmer ist ein Wohnfühlort. Hier sitzen wir gerne zusammen zum gemeinsamen Abendessen, Frühstück, Spiel- oder Filmabend, oder auch einfach nur zum gemeinsamen Entspannen, Reden und Leben.
Wir suchen eine*n Mitbewohner*in, der/die unkompliziert und aufgeschlossen ist, am WG-Leben teilhaben und sich einbringen möchte, gleichzeitig aber auch rücksichtsvoll, ordentlich, achtsam und zuverlässig ist.
LIVING TOGETHER
We are all between 26 and 35 years old, work in the fields of business, film-making/animation, and international cooperation and havea wide range of interests, especially sports, literature, politics, gardening, cooking, and travel...
The most important thing for us is that you fit in well in our flat share. Our community life is important to us and we are not a purpose-built flat share (but all have our own lives). The apartment itself is very large (190 sqm). In our large living we like to sit together for dinner or a film, or just to relax, talk and enjoy life.
We are looking for a roommate who is uncomplicated and open-minded, wants to participate in the flat-sharing community, but who is also considerate, tidy, attentive and reliable.
Neben der Zimmermiete von EUR 464 kommen noch monatliche Kosten für unsere Putzfee (ca. EUR 30 pro Monat/Person). Es wird auch einen Abschlag für gemeinsame Anschaffungen (wie Wasch-/Spülmaschine, Beamer, u.ä.) geben, was wir dann persönlich besprechen können. Teil der Zimmermiete von 464 Euro ist auch schon unsere Gemüsekiste, die einmal wöchentlich kommt.

COSTS
In addition to the room rent of EUR 464, there are also monthly costs for our cleaning fairy who comes once a week (ca. EUR 30 per month/person).
There will be a fee for some jointly purchased good (like washing machine, beamer, etc.), which we can discuss with you personally. Part of the rent are the costs for our vegetable box, we pick up once a week.
