Für unsere kleine, aber gemütliche 5-Zimmer-Wohnung im beliebten Stadtteil Bockenheim suchen wir eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in mit WG-Erfahrung auf Zeit. Da es sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung (leider nicht barrierefrei) handelt, gibt es in jedem Zimmer Dachschrägen. Das Zimmer ist nicht sonderlich groß, aber hell und es ist alles vorhanden, was man brauchen kann. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit einem Wohnzimmer, einer Küche, einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne und einem weiterem Badezimmer mit Toilette.
Das Zimmer wird zum 01.04. frei und ist bis 31.05. verfügbar. Es ist ca. 12m² groß und kostet 500€. Es wird möbliert vermietet (s. Fotos). Die Wohnung wurde länger nicht renoviert und die vielen WG's haben ihre Spuren hinterlassen. Für lärmempfindliche Menschen muss angemerkt werden, dass die Wohnung hellhörig ist.

For our small but cosy 5-room flat in the popular district of Bockenheim, we are looking for a new temporary flatmate. As this is an attic flat (unfortunately not barrier-free), there are sloping ceilings in every room. The room is not particularly large, but it is bright and has everything you could possibly need. The flat is equipped with a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and another bathroom with toilet.
The room will be vacant on 01.04. and is available until 31.05. It is approx. 12m² in size and costs 500€. It is rented furnished (see photos). The flat has not been renovated for a long time and the many occupiers have left their mark. If you are sensitive to noise, please note that the walls are thin.
Die Wohnung liegt ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom U Leipziger Straße, Westbahnhof und Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind auch nicht weit und auch die Bockenheimer Warte erreicht man schnell zu Fuß. Einkaufen, Bier trinken und so weiter kann man auch ohne lange Fußmärsche.

The flat is a few minutes' walk from the Leipziger Straße underground station, Westbahnhof and tram stops are also not far away and the Bockenheimer Warte can also be reached quickly on foot. You can go shopping, drink beer and so on without a long walk.
Wir sind momentan drei Personen - einer schon berufstätig (Grafiker), zwei im Master-Studium (Soziologie). Wir haben schon langjährige WG-Erfahrungen und haben Lust auf ein gemeinschaftliches und solidarisches Miteinander. Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig. Wir pflegen ein offenes und entspanntes Miteinander, aber unser Zuhause soll für jede*n auch ein Rückzugsort sein. Einstellungen, die andere aufgrund von Herkunft, Aussehen, Glaube, Sexualität oder Gender ablehnen, wollen wir nicht. Zu Dir: Uns ist nicht wichtig, ob du studierst, arbeitest, nicht arbeitest oder was auch immer. Wichtig ist, dass du nett bist und dich daran beteiligst die WG als Ort zu erhalten, an dem sich alle wohl fühlen.

We are currently three people - one already working (graphic designer), two studying for a Master's degree (sociology). We have many years of experience in shared flats and are keen to live together in a community and show solidarity. Cleanliness is important to us. We maintain an open and relaxed atmosphere, but our home should also be a place of retreat for everyone. We do not want attitudes that reject others on the basis of origin, appearance, faith, sexuality or gender. About you: It doesn't matter to us whether you are studying, working, not working or whatever. What's important is that you're nice and that you're involved in maintaining the flat share as a place where everyone feels comfortable.
