The 68sqm flat is spacious and bright, located in the middle of Bockenheim, literally 1 min. from the U6/U7 Leipzigerstrasse and yet in a very quiet and peaceful surrounding.
The flat has three spacious rooms (two bed rooms and one living room), one kitchen (fully equipped with all you need: washing machine, dish washer, oven and all kitchen utils), one bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
Your room has a small balcony.
The flat is on the third floor of a beautiful Altbau building, with a 'Innenhof' (backyard), where you can sit in the evening with a glass of wine if you wish! Here you can also store your bicycle.
The entire flat is available during the following time frames:
18.2.2024 to 30.8.2024

The flat is in the middle of Bockenheim, literally 1 min. from the U6/U7 Leipzigerstrasse. But is in a very quiet area, with a beautiful green backyard as a shared space with the other habitants of the building.
On the Leipzigerstrasse (30 seconds from here), you have all shops you might need: grocery stores like Rewe, Al Natura, dm, pharmacy and many other shops and nice places where to eat, hang out...
We are an artists flatshare in the middle of Bockenheim: dancers, musicians, video makers...
We are friendly artists working near by, that love our place and would love you to do the same. This also means cleaning and keeping the apartment tidy and welcoming.
