We're looking for an interim flatmate for our bright and spacious flat, for the period of October - January (negotiable).
Wir suchen nach einer Mitbewohnerin oder einem Mitbewohner für unsere recht großzügige und helle Wohnung.
The flat is part of a recently built house. With a size of 11 sqm, the room is quite small. However, the large living room, and the generous balcony make up for it (the living room has room for a place to eat and a separate area for sitting and watching TV etc.). The room has linkages for LAN and TV cable.
Also, two bathrooms and a cellar are available. The total size of the flat is 105 sqm.
The flat is located at the end of Europaviertel (Maastrichter Ring). The area is quiet, and there's a lot of nature around. Still, the flat is quite central. By bike, the main train station (or e.g. Willy-Brandt-Platz) can be reached in 15 minutes. For the lazier ones, there's a direct bus connection to the train station, also taking 15 minutes. The highway can be reached within 5 minutes.
A supermarket and a drugstore are nearby. The fair and a large shopping center called Skyline Plaza are around 2 km away.
After having been renting out two rooms for a while, I'm now living together with my wife. Still we decided to rent out one room
I'm currently in Berlin during the week, but I commute to Frankfurt every or every other weekend. My wife is a student. I would say that the "WG" life used to be quite relaxed. We were always up for doing sth. together or just a litte chat, but it is also important that everybody has time for his/ her own.
We both speak German, but English speakers are welcome as well! A certain command of either German (or Russian) would be an advantage as my wife doesn't speak English that much (but I hardly speak Russian ;-) ).
It should also be mentioned that the flat is (and should stay) quite tidy. We will organise a cleaner to show up every other week.
The living room is equipped with a TV, which, of course, can be used by everybody.
The rent will be € 410, and the additional costs, including electricity, internet and TV, will be € 140. I would propose to charge a flat rate so that you are not charged separately for the electricity etc. you use (within reasonable bounderies).
Furniture is included.
