Wir suchen eine/n neue/n MitbewohnerIn für ein schönes Zimmer in einer freundlichen 3er-WG in einer der lebendigsten Ecken Frankfurts. Es hat frisch verputzte Wände, Stuck an der Decke und Birnbaum-Laminat.
Das Zimmer kann unmöbliert, teilmöbliert oder vollmöbliert vermietet werden.
Du wirst dir die Wohnung mit einer Journalistin und einem Juristen teilen. Im Idealfall bist du auch bereits berufstätig.

We're looking for a new flatmate for a nice room in a friendly shared flat with an engineer and a journalist. It can be rented furnished or unfurnished.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem klassischen Frankfurter Altbau in der Nähe vieler Points of Interest. Der Zoo, die EZB und die lebendige Berger Straße sind alle mehr oder weniger um die Ecke. Auch die Konstabler Wache/ Zeil erreicht man innerhalb von 20 Minuten zu Fuß oder deutlich schneller mit einer der vielen ÖPNV-Verbindungen: Direkt vor der Tür fahren die Straßenbahn 14 und der Bus M32, und innerhalb von 5 Fußminuten erreicht man die U4 und U7. Die S-Bahn-Stammlinie ist etwa 12 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
The apartment is very conveniently located and close to many points of interest such as the zoo, the ECB and lively Berger Straße with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. There are plenty of public transport options: Tram 14 and Bus 32 right in front of the house, and U4 and U7 within a 5 minute walk.
Es gibt eine gemütliche Wohnküche, wo man gemeinsam sitzen und/ oder kochen kann und auch mal ein gemeinsamer WG-Abend verbracht wird. Allerdings sind alle beruflich recht eingespannt und legen auch wert auf ihre Privatsphäre. Es ist ein freundliches und offenes Miteinander, bei dem man auch mal was zusammen machen kann, aber nicht muss.
Ich selber bin Hauptmieterin, wohne aber derzeit im Ausland und bin deshalb aktuell nicht Bestandteil der WG. Du wirst dir die Wohnung deshalb mit einem Ingenieur und einer Journalistin (beide in den 30ern) teilen.
The apartment has an eat-in kitchen that allows everyone to sit and/ or cook together. We all work though and everybody respects the others need for privacy. It's a friendly and open atmosphere where you can chose to join in friendly activities, but it's not a must.
I'm the main tenant, but I currently live abroad and will not be living in the apartment. Instead, you will share it with a lawyer and a journalist in their 30s.
Die Miete von insgesamt 460€ beinhaltet pauschal alles, inklusive aller Nebenkosten, Mitbenutzung der kompletten Küchenausstattung inkl. Herd, Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach, Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Geschirr etc. Ebenso inbegriffen ist schnelles Internet über Kabel sowie Strom, Wasser und GEZ.
The total rent of 460€ includes all side costs as well as usage of the fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, fridge-freezer-combinaton and so on. It also includes fast internet via cable, electricity, water and mandatory national tv fees.
