Ab 1.4.. zieht unsere Chemiedoktorantin weiter und ein helles Zimmer mit Balkon wird frei, ruhig und zentral im Westend gelegen mit guter Anbindung an Bus und U-Bahn wird frei. Supermärkte direkt vor der Tür, die Wohnung enthält Wasch- und Spülmaschine und volle Möblierung. Wir sind momentan 2 Frauen und 1 Mann mit unterschiedlichen Arbeits- und Studienzeiten und aus unterschiedlichen Ländern aber jeder akzeptiert und toleriert den anderen und dessen Lebensgewohnheiten. Wir halten uns aber an Putzpläne.
Das klingt vielleicht etwas spießig, aber wir sind absolut easygoing und tolerant. Bei Interesse einfach mailen. Mindestverweildauer 3 Monate.
Starting from 1 April our PHD-candidate in Chemistry is leaving and a bright and sunny room with a balcony will be free. The apartment is centrally located in the Westend-Nord with good connections to the city via bus and U-Bahn. Supermarkets are very close. The apartment includes washing machine and dishwasher and is fully furnished. At the moment there are 2 female and 1 male student. We have different working times and life styles and are from different countries but we accept and tolerate each other and their cultural background. We also have cleaning rotas.
It might sound old-fashioned, but we are totally easygoing and tolerant. Just drop us an email. Minimal renting period 3 months.
