▷The room is just under 17 square meters and partly furnished (up to discussion). But you can also agree that the room will be emptied and you bring furniture yourself.
▷Since the room is located on the north side, it stays pleasantly cool in the summer.
▷Although the windows face the street, it is not very noisy when sleeping.

▷Das Zimmer ist knapp 17qm groß und kann teils-möbliert (Nochmal absprechen) übernommen werden. Man kann aber auch vereinbaren, dass das Zimmer leer geräumt wird und man selber Möbel mitbringt.
▷Da sich das Zimmer auf der Nordseite befindet, bleibt es im Sommer angenehm kühl.
▷Obwohl die Fenster zur Straße rausgehen, ist es nicht besonders laut beim Schlafen.
▷The apartment is located directly at the subway station Hügelstraße. So you can go every 3 minutes to the city center, which also takes only 8 min.
▷ Within walking distance (5min) are a Rewe, Penny, Turkish market, various bakeries, pharmacies, and gas stations with a Rewe2Go so even Sunday shopping is possible.
▷Ebenfalls there are various parks and to walk you can also fix to the Nidda.

▷Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der U-Bahn Station Hügelstraße. Man kann also alle 3 Minuten in die Innenstadt fahren, was auch nur 8 min dauert.
▷ Zu Fuß (5min) erreichbar sind ein Rewe, Penny, Türkischer Markt, diverse Bäckererein, Apotheken, und Tankstellen mit einem Rewe2Go also auch der Sonntagseinkauf ist möglich
▷Ebenfalls gibt es diverse Parkanlagen und zum Spaziergehen kann man auch fix an die Nidda.
▷In the shared apartment we cooked and did a lot together: whether it was partying in the city or chilling in the garden, or even going for a relaxed walk.
▷Because of my roots, I love to cook Korean food
▷Everyone can retreat to their own room when they need some quiet time and want to relax
▷But you can also very much like to invite friends to cook or sit in the garden
▷We always settle up at the end of the month (relevant if you have bought things that are used by everyone e.g. toilet paper, kitchen roll, dishwashing liquid, etc.).

▷In der WG haben wir viel gemeinsam gekocht und unternommen: sei es in der Stadt feiern zu gehen oder im Garten zu chillen, oder auch entspannt spazieren zu gehen
▷Aufgrund meiner Wurzeln koche ich koche sehr gern koreanisch
▷Jeder kann sich in das eigene Zimmer zurückziehen, wenn man mal Ruhe braucht und sich entspannen möchte
▷Du kannst aber ebenfalls sehr gerne Freunde einladen, um zu kochen oder im Garten zu sitzen
▷Wir rechnen immer am Ende des Monats ab (relevant wenn man Sachen gekauft hat, die von jedem genutzt werden zB. Klopapier, Küchenrolle, Spüli, etc.)

▷I am in my last semester of studies.
▷Since I am leaving Frankfurt after my studies, there is the option to take over the apartment (but must be clarified again with the landlord).

▷Da ich nach meinem Studium Frankfurt verlasse, besteht die Option die Wohnung zu übernehmen (Muss man aber nochmal mit dem Vermieter abklären)
