Das kleine, aber feine Zimmer steht kurzfristig wieder frei. Das Titelbild zeigt nur das Foto aus August 2022. Danach wurde das Zimmer vollständig renoviert und mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet. Leider habe ich keine weiteren Fotos, die die Ausrichtung des Fensters zeigen. Das Zimmer hat eine Größe von ca. 10 qm. Außerdem steht ein relativ großer Keller zur Verfügung.
Es handelt sich um ein gemütliches Zimmer in einer 3-WG.
Das Zimmer wurde liebevoll ausgestattet mit einem Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch+Stuhl. Die Voll-Ausstattung gilt auch für die restliche Wohnung. Die Küche ist unter anderem ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank ausgestattet.

The small but fine room is available again in the short term. The cover picture shows only the photo from August 2022, after which the room was completely renovated and equipped with new furniture. Unfortunately, I have no other photos showing the orientation of the window. The room has a size of about 10 square meters. There is also a relatively large basement.
It is a cozy room in a 3 flat share.
The room was lovingly furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk+chair. The full equipment also applies to the rest of the apartment. The kitchen is equipped among other things with washing machine and dishwasher, refrigerator.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Fußläufig liegen Nahkauf sowie sonsitige Lebensmittelgeschäfte.
Dornbusch: Das Stadtviertel selbst ist zentral. Die Wohnung liegt nicht direkt an der Straße, es gibt also keinerlei Lärmbelästigung.
