Zum 1.4.2024 wird 1 möbliertes Zimmer in einer 4er-Studenten-Wohngemeinschaft (WG) in Frankfurt Eckenheim vermietet, für in- & ausländische Studenten mit Studiennachweis.

Die Warmmiete beträgt pauschal € 475,-, darin sind bereits € 150,- Nebenkostenpauschale für Wasser, Heizung, Strom, Internet usw. enthalten. Kaution: € 630,-.

Es handelt sich um keine Wohnung, sondern um zwei hübsche kleine Fachwerk-Gebäude, die von einem sehr kleinen Hof getrennt werden. Zwei Bewohner wohnen im Haupthaus, indem sich die Küche und das Badezimmer befinden, zwei weitere Bewohnerinnen haben je ein Zimmer im Nebenhaus.

Mitnutzung von Gemeinschaftsflächen:
Im Haupthaus: ein Badezimmer mit Waschtisch, WC, Badewanne und Kommode sowie eine Küche mit allem Inventar (Geschirrspülmaschine, Gasherd mit Backofen, Kühl-/Gefrierkombi, Mikrowelle, Geschirr, etc.); vom Hof begehbar: Fahrradraum und Wäscheraum mit Waschmaschine; Hof-/Garten.

Das Zimmer selbst hat ca. 8,5m², eine dekorative Ziegelwand und ein Dachfenster. Es liegt im 1. Stock im Nebengebäude mit Dachschräge. Möbliert ist es mit Bett (2mx1,20m), Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Lampen, Kommode, Kleiderständer, Stoffschrank. Von Vormieterin für €80 optional: Spiegel, Schubladenkommode, Kleiderstange, kleiner Teppich.
Achtung: Um das Bad/die Toilette zu benutzen, muss man ins Hauptgebäude über den kleinen Hof laufen.

Bei Interesse teilen Sie bitte etwas über Ihre Person mit, woher Sie kommen, was und wo Sie derzeit studieren. Ein Besichtigungstermin ist kurzfristig möglich. Einzug ist nur nach Vorlage eines Immatrikulationsnachweises, einem Einkommensnachweis der letzten 3 Monate, aktueller positiver Schufa (solicitar ahora) -Auskunft oder Bürgschaft der Eltern oder einem Sperrkontonachweis bei ausländischen Studenten möglich.

The monthly rent is € 475,- including € 150,- service charge for water, heating, electricity, internet etc. Security payment: € 630,- in advance.

It is not an apartment, but you will live in a small complex of two pretty little half-timbered buildings, which are separated by a very small courtyard. Two students live in the main house, where the kitchen and bathroom are also located, two other students each have a room in the adjoining house.

Commonly used areas:
In the main house: a bathroom inlcuding a bathtub and a chest of drawers as well as a kitchen with all appliances (dishwasher, gas stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishes, etc.); accessible from the courtyard: storage room for bicycles and laundry room with washing machine; courtyard.

The room itself has approx. 8.5m², a decorative brick wall and a skylight. It is located on the 1st floor in the adjoining house with a sloping roof. It is furnished with a bed (2mx1.20m), desk, desk chair, lamps, chest of drawers, clothes rack, fabric wardrobe. Optional from previous tenant for €80: mirror, another chest of drawers, clothes rail, small carpet.
Attention: To use the bathroom/toilet, you have to walk into the main building across the small courtyard.
