Die WG ist ein Teil eines Reihenhauses und Giselle, die Vermieterin, wohnt im Erdgeschoss. Die beiden oberen Etagen sind für die WG.
Die gesamte Wohnung wurde 2021 renoviert - Küche und Bäder sind komplett neu. Es gibt zwei Bäder, eines mit Dusche, eines mit Badewanne, jeweils mit WC.
Die große Küche ist mit einer Spülmaschine, einem Backofen, einer Mikrowelle, einem großen Kühlschrank und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
Das verfügbare Zimmer ist eines der 3 Zimmer im Dachgeschoss und hat ein großes Fenster. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett (1,40m), Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Regal, Nachttisch und einer Schreibtischlampe ausgestattet.
Internet ist inklusive, GEZ jedoch nicht.

The WG is a part of a terraced house and Giselle, the landlady, lives on the first floor. The two upper floors are for the WG.
The whole apartment was renovated in 2021 - kitchen and bathrooms are completely new.
There are two bathrooms, one with a shower, one with a bathtub, each with a toilet.
The large kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, and a washing machine.
The available room is one of the 3 attic rooms and has a large window. The Room is furnished with a bed (1.40m), wardrobe, desk, chair, shelf, nightstand, and a desk lamp.
Internet is included, but GEZ is not.
Lage
Die WG befindet sich in Eckenheim im Norden Frankfurts und ist durch die U5 mit der Innenstadt verbunden.
Zu Fuß sind es 2 Minuten bis zum Penny, 5 Minuten bis zum Rewe, 7 Minuten bis zur nächsten U-Bahn-Station und 10 Minuten mit der U5 bis in die Innenstadt, so dass man gut angebunden ist.
Die Goethe-Universität ist 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und 20 Minuten mit der U-Bahn entfernt.
Location
The WG is located in Eckenheim in the north of Frankfurt and is connected to the city center by the U5.
It is a 2 minute walk to Penny, 5 minutes to Rewe, 7 minutes to the next subway station and 10 minutes to the city center with the U5, so you are well connected.
The Goethe University is 10 min by bike and 20 min by subway.
WG-Leben
Tanay (26) arbeitet derzeit Teilzeit als Datenanalyst. Megan (26) absolviert ihren Master in Finance und arbeitete als Werkstudentin. Shubham (27) schreibt an seiner Masterarbeit im Bereich Informatik.
Es wäre schön, wenn wir ein paar gemeinsame Interessen hätten - wie Fernsehsendungen, Musik, Sport und Spiele. An den Wochenenden machen wir oft Dinge wie Kochwettbewerbe, etwas trinken gehen oder am Main picknicken. Wir haben auch eine Liste mit Filmen, die wir gemeinsam anschauen wollen (Megan hat einen Projektor 😊).
Flatshare Life
Tanay (26) is currently working as a work part time as a data analyst. Megan (26) is doing her masters in finance and working as a work student. Shubham (27) is writing his Master thesis in the field of Informatics.
It would be nice if we shared some of the same interest – like TV shows, music, sports and playing games. On the weekends we often do things like cooking challenges, going out for a drink or picnicking on the Main. We also have a list of movies that we plan to watch together (Megan has a projector 😊).
