Hier geht es um ein kleines Zimmer mit Kochnische, vollständig möbliert. Eine große Küche befindet sich am Ende des Flurs. Das Badezimmer (4 Toiletten und 4 Duschen in Kabinen) wird zwar mit 14 Leuten geteilt, jedoch täglich durch Reinigungskräfte gereinigt. Da es sich um ein Wohnheim handelt können hier ausschließlich Studenten wohnen!
Ich vermiete im Januar unter, da ich früher als geplant ausziehe.
This is a small room with kitchenette, fully furnished. A large kitchen is located at the end of the floor. The bathroom (4 toilets and 4 showers in cabins) is shared with 14 people, but is cleaned daily by cleaning staff.
Since it is a student dormitory, only students can live here.
I sublet in January, because I move out earlier than planned.
Das Wohnheim ist 2 Gehminuten von der Haltestelle Marbachweg /Sozialzentrum entfernt. Von dort braucht man mit der U5 ca. 12 Minuten bis zur Konstablerwache, 20 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof, mit Bus und Bahn ca. 15-25 Minuten bis zum Campus Westend der Goethe Uni (Haltestelle Holzhausenstraße). Ein Penny ist in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar.
The dormitory is located 2 minutes by foot from the station Marbachweg /Sozialzentrum. From there it takes about 12 minutes with the U5 to Konstablerwache, 20 minutes to the main station, by bus and train about 15-25 minutes to the Campus Westend of Goethe University (Stop Holzhausenstraße). A penny supermarket is located within 5 minutes walking distance.
Das Leben ist relativ anonym, da es hier viele Mitbewohner gibt.
Living here is quite anonymous because there are so many students.
