DE: Ich ziehe ende Juli aus Frankfurt und suche einen tollen Nachmieter oder Nachmieterin für mein jetziges Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist echt sehr groß und bietet die Möglichkeit, es mit Wohn.- und Schlafbereich zu gestalten. Die zwei großen Fenster durchfluten den Raum mit sehr viel Licht und man wird morgens von der Sonne geküsst.
Meine Möbel nehme ich mit in mein neues Zuhause, das bietet dir also die Möglichkeit diesen Rechteck nach deinem persönlichen Geschmack zu gestalten.

The room is really spacious and offers the possibility to create a living and sleeping area. The two large windows flood the room with lots of light, and you'll be greeted by the sun in the mornings.
I will be taking my furniture with me to my new home, so this gives you the opportunity to design this rectangle according to your personal taste.

Du brauchst nie zu schauen wann die nächste U-Bahn fährt, denn an der Station Weißer Stein fahren alle 2-3 Minuten die U1,2,3 und 8. Mit den Bahnen bist du in etwa 10 Minuten in der City (Hauptwache) und in etwa 5 Minuten im NordWestZentrum. Mit der S6 bist du in 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof
Die Lage ist echt toll, da sich in unmittelbarer Nähe die Nidda (Fluss) befindet. Also perfekt für ein Spaziergang ins Grüne. Meiner Meinung mach ist die Lage "the best of both worlds" Du bist schnell in der Stadt und dennoch in einem ruhigen Viertel.

The connectivity is great! You never have to worry about when the next subway will arrive because at the Weißer Stein station, the U1, U2, U3, and U8 trains run every 2-3 minutes. With these trains, you can reach the city center (Hauptwache) in about 10 minutes and the NordWestZentrum in about 5 minutes. The S6 train will take you to the main train station in 10 minutes.
The location is really fantastic as the Nidda River is in close proximity. It's perfect for a stroll in nature. In my opinion, the location offers the best of both worlds—you can quickly reach the city center while living in a quiet neighborhood.
Der Hauptmieter heißt Max und steht kurz vor seinem Staatsexamen und Ihab ist vor kurzem mit seinem Studium fertig geworden. Beide sind super nett und wissen Privatsphäre zu schätzen.
