Leider ziehe ich aus meinem gemütlichen WG-Zimmer aus und suche schnellstmöglich eine/-n Nachmieter/-in.
Das Zimmer beträgt um die 15 qm und grenzt direkt an unser Wohnzimmer an. Trotzdessen, dass es nur ein Fenster hat, ist es sehr hell und wird trotzdem im Sommer nicht allzu warm. Die WG besteht aus zwei Etagen. In der ersten Etage befindet sich dein zukünftiges Zimmer, Wohnzimmer, Bad, Küche und Balkon. Im zweiten Stock wohnen deine zwei weiteren Mitbewohner. Zudem werden zwei kleine Katzen zu deinen Mitbewohnern zählen, die sich auch darüber freuen würden, ab und an von dir mitgefüttert zu werden.
Die WG befindet sich in dem Stadtteil Eschersheim. Fußläufig sind die U-Bahn-Stationen Lindenbaum und Weißer Stein innerhalb von 6-10 minuten zu erreichen. Auch Rewe und Penny, sowie einige Bäckereien und Cafés sind im Umkreis schnell auffindbar. Falls du ein Auto hast, so findet man auch immer sehr schnell einen Parkplatz.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Passant und Marc.
Passant macht gerade ihren PhD in Physik und Marc studiert Anglistik.
Wir gestalten gerne ab und zu Abende zusammen, haben aber auch gerne etwas Zeit für uns.
In dem Zimmer steht noch ein offener Pax Kleiderschrank, der gerne für eine Ablöse übernommen werden kann. Ansonsten würde ich ihn auch anderweitig verkaufen, wenn kein Interesse besteht. Bei Anfrage, kann ich ein neueres Video des Zimmers zuschicken.

Unfortunately I am moving out of my comfortable room and I am looking for a new tenant as soon as possible.
The room has about 15qm and is right next to our living room. Even though it only has one window it is still pretty bright and doesnt get too hot during the summer. The WG has two floors. The first floor is where you‘ll find your room as well as the living room, bathroom, kitchen and the balcony. The second floor is where your future flatmates live. Next to them there will also be two other flatmates, our two WG cats, who would be glad if you could also feed them from time to time.
The WG is found in Eschersheim. You can find the next U-Bahn stations (Lindenbaum, Weißer Stein) by foot in about 6-10 minutes. Close by are also Rewe and Penny as well as some bakeries and Cafes. If you have a car, there is also a parking spot available every time.
Your flatmates will be Passant and Marc. Passant is currently working on her PhD in Physics and Marc is studying English studies.
We like to spend some evenings together from time to time, but we also like to enjoy our alone time.
There is still an IKEA PAX wardrobe in the room, which you can buy from me. Otherwise I would make sure to sell it, before you move in. If you contact me I can also send you a more recent video of the room.
