Das Zimmer ist 10m^2 groß und durch ein Dachfenster immer hell erleuchtet. Es liegt direkt neben der Küche und dem kleinen Badezimmer.
Ich werde alle Möbel bis auf den Kleiderschrank mitnehmen. Für den Schrank würde ich 50€ nehmen, falls Interesse besteht.
The room is 10m^2 and is always brightly lit by the skylight. It's located right next to the kitchen and the small bathroom.
I'll be taking all of the furnature with md except for the wardrobe, which I'd like to leave to you for 50€, if you're interested.
Die Wohnung ist relativ abgelegen, aber die Anbindung mit den Öffis funktioniert gut. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 2min und eine Bahnhaltestelle ist 7min zu Fuß entfernt. Man schafft es in etwa 25-30min in die Innenstadt.
Es gibt einen Tegut 5min zu Fuß und einen Aldi 5min mit dem Auto. Und ein paar Straßen weiter gibt es einige Imbisse und kleine Läden.
The flat is pretty remote, but it's only 2min by foot to the next busstop and 7min to the tram. It takes about 25-30min to get to the city centre.
There is two suoermarkets nearby. Tegut is about 5min by foot and Aldi is about 5min by car. There are also a few diners and small shops nearby.
Du wohnst mit Dylan, Anushruth und Aziz zusammen. Sie sind alle zum Arbeiten nach Deutschland gekommen und sprechen nur teilweise Deutsch. Englisch ist allerdings kein Problem. Sie wohnen selbst alle erst seit ein paar Monaten in der Wohnung und sind sehr freundlich.
Da ich beruflich sehr selten Zuhause war, habe ich sie nicht wirklich kennenlernen können. Sie sind aber alle sehr offen und quatschen gerne mit dir. Sollte mal keiner Zuhause sein, erfolgt die Kommunikation über eine Whatsapp Gruppe, in der man immer alles ansprechen kann.
Wir haben auch einen Putzplan. Jeder putzt einmal alle 4 Wochen die gesamte Wohnung.
Your future roommates are Dylan, Anushruth and Aziz. They are all internationals that came to germany to work/study. They are super friendly. We've always talked in english to one another.
They all moved in quiet recently aswell and because I wasn't home a lot due to my job, I haven't really got to know them. But they're all very open and enjoy talking with you after work while cooking.
We also have a Whatsapp Group Chat, which we use to talk when nobody is home.
We also have set up a cleaning schedule. Every week someone cleans the entire flat.
