Das Zimmer ist hell und kommt mit einer Grundausstattung an Möbeln (Schrank und Schreibtisch, wahlweise Einzelbett/Doppelbett). In der voll ausgestatteten Küche (Herd, Backofen, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine) gibt es genug Platz, um auch mit mehreren Leuten gemütlich zu kochen und sitzen, in einem Nebenzimmer gibt es zusätzlichen Platz für Vorräte und ähnliches. Das Bad hat eine Dusche und ein Fenster auf den Hof. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind im Fahrradschuppen im Hof untergebracht. Wir können außerdem den Garten mitbenutzen, dort gibt es eine Wäschespinne. Garten- und Kochbegeisterte können sich im Kräuterbeet, der Wildblumenwiese und Pflanztöpfen austoben

The room is bright and comes with basic furniture (wardrobe and desk, optional single bed). In the fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher) there is enough space to cook and sit comfortably even with several people, in an adjacent room there is additional space for supplies and the like. The bathroom has a shower and a window onto the courtyard. Washing machine and dryer are located in the bike shed in the yard. We can also share the garden, there is an outdoor clothes dryer. Gardening and cooking enthusiasts can enjoy the herb bed, wildflower meadow and plant pots.
Lage
Haus liegt ruhig und grün inmitten von Einfamilienhäusern im Nordosten von Frankfurt. Man läuft in drei Minuten zum Fluss Nidda, der Ginnheimer Park ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt.
Verkehrsanbindung
Die U-Bahnhaltestelle Heddernheim (Linien U1, 2, 3 und 8) ist zu Fuß in 7 Minuten zu erreichen, die S-Bahnhaltestelle Eschersheim (S6) in 10 Minuten. Ins Stadtzentrum braucht man damit 15 bis 20 Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
Verschiedene Supermärkte (Rewe, Aldi) sind zu Fuß in 5 bis 10 Minuten zu erreichen, ca. 12 Minuten entfernt ist außerdem ein Einkaufszentrum (Nordwestzentrum).

Location
House is located quiet and green in the middle of single-family houses in the northeast of Frankfurt. You can walk to the river Nidda in three minutes, the Ginnheimer Park is about 10 minutes away.
Transportation
The subway station Heddernheim (lines U1, 2, 3 and 8) can be reached on foot in 7 minutes, the S-Bahn station Eschersheim (S6) in 10 minutes. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to get to the city center.
Shopping facilities
Various supermarkets (Rewe, Aldi) can be reached on foot in 5 to 10 minutes. There is also a shopping center (Nordwestzentrum) about 12 minutes away.
Maya (28) kommt ursprünglich aus den Vereinigten Staaten und macht derzeit ihren Master in Friedens- und Konfliktforschung an der Goethe-Universität. Sie arbeitet nebenbei und kocht gerne, gärtnert und treibt verschiedene Sportarten. Sie spricht Englisch, Spanisch und Deutsch.
Caro (26) ist vor kurzem nach Frankfurt gezogen, um ihre Doktorarbeit zu beginnen. Sie kommt ursprünglich aus Deutschland und spielt gerne Klavier. Sie spricht Deutsch und Englisch.
Wir suchen einen entspannten, unkomplizierten und sauberen Mitbewohner*in. Wir genießen es, am Ende des Tages in der Küche zu chillin und gemeinsam zu essen oder zu quatschen. Einmal im Monat veranstalten wir einen Spieleabend und unternehmen gelegentlich etwas zusammen außerhalb des Hauses. Wir suchen jemanden, der gerne in einer WG lebt, mit dem man gut kommunizieren und auskommen kann (ohne Drama!) und der offen und interessant ist und mit dem man viel Spaß haben kann! Wenn die Person auch gerne im Garten arbeitet wäre das super!

Caro (26) recently moved to Frankfurt to start her PhD. She is originally from Germany and like to play the piano. She speaks German and English.
We are looking for a relaxed, easy-going and clean roommate. We enjoy hanging out in the kitchen at the end of the day and eating or chatting together. Once a month we have a game night and occasionally do something together outside the house. We are looking for someone who enjoys living in a shared apartment, is easy to communicate with and get along with (no drama!), and is open, interesting, and fun to be around! If the person also likes to garden that would be awesome!
Enthalten sind Strom, Wasser, WLAN, Grundreinigung durch Putzkraft alle zwei Wochen, GEZ. Zusätzliche Kosten fallen nicht an!
Bevor du deine Bewerbung abschickst, vergewissere dich bitte, dass du wirklich an dem Zimmer und dem Einzug in das Haus interessiert bist. Es ist ein altes Haus mit alten Haus Eigenschaften (wie niedrige Decken, Holzböden, nicht auf dem neuesten Stand der Isolierung). Aber wir haben hier seit Jahren gelebt und es ist schön! Wir suchen jemanden, der sich mit uns um das Haus kümmert.

Included are electricity, water, WiFi, basic cleaning by cleaner every two weeks, GEZ. There are no additional costs!
Before sending the application, please make sure you are really interested in the room and moving in in the house. It is an old house with old house features (like low ceiling, wooden floor, not state-of-art isolation), but we've been living here for years and it's great! We are looking for somebody who would take care of the house with us.
