Hello our future roomie!
We are Elisa and Moby who you will be living with. :)
There are three rooms in the shared flat with sizes 18, 17 and 11 qm. Yours is going to be 18 qm. With the high altbau ceilings the feeling in the rooms is even more spacious.
Aside from your own room, we have a kitchen where we might chill and drink our beers, wine and cook in the future.
There is also a bathroom and a small WC seperate which is nice because incase of emergency we can always rush to the alternative WC.
We have a tram right in front of the door that goes to the main train station about every 10 minutes, and the Westbahnhof is also a 5-minute walk away. Buses also stop on our street and there is good parking. A 10-minute walk away is Leipziger Straße, which is full of restaurants and shops. Bockenheim in general knows how to impress with its pubs, bars and cultural offerings. The Goethe University art and culture campus is located here, as well as the Bockenheimer Depot (theater, music) and the Goethe University sports grounds with a wide range of sports options. It's about a 12-minute walk to the Bockenheimer Warte U-Bahnstationand there's a Rewe right outside the door.
The apartment situation is changing because Bundi (whose room you will be taking) is moving to Mexico to enjoy better weather.
You will be living with Moby who is an architect and Elisa who is studying art at Staedel. Moby, mostly during the day is busy with his day job at an architecture office and by evenings depending on the day is either swimming, catching up on his reading, sketching, cooking or drinking a nice cold beer. Over the weekends he is more ready to go partying at a club or just go out for a drink or just take it easy and do nothing.
Elisa is an art student and in the evenings she either works at an Italian restuarant or on her art or just likes to chill with her friends. She is also more ready to go out partying on the weekends.
In the apartment, sometimes we like to do something together in the evening or during the weekend by either cooking together or over a drink catch up or go out.
Of course all of us also just like to retrieve back intp our rooms and do things privately rather than together.
