Der Oeder Weg bietet alles in unmittelbarer Umgebung, was man zum Leben und wohlfühlen brauch. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. 5 min zum ÖPNV , 15 min zu Fuß zur Hauptwache oder Konstablerwache, 10 min zum Holzhausenpark. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Bad, sowie einer sehr geräumigen Wohn- Küche (voll ausgestattet) und auf der obere ebene einem schönes Wohnzimmer mit Cabriobalkon. Das zu vergebene Zimmer ist sehr geräumig mit zwei Fensterfronten.
Der Oeder Weg bietet alles in unmittelbarer Umgebung, was man zum Leben und wohlfühlen braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. 5 min zum ÖPNV (U 1,2,3,7,8,4,5) , 15 min zu Fuß zur Hauptwache oder Konstablerwache (alle S- Bahnen) und 10 min zum Holzhausenpark.
Ich bin Lehrerin für Musik und Sport in Offenbach und lebe seit 5 Jahren in dieser Wohnung. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich gerne aus ( Konzertbesuch, Kino, Ausstellungen), bin aber auch selbst musikalisch aktiv und daher an Wochenenden auch oft unterwegs.
Nette Unterhaltungen oder Unternehmungen sind erwünsch, jedoch bitte keine "Party" WG.
