You will not share with other roommate that you dont know just in case you will bring your partner/girlfriend/boyfriend time to time, therefore I put 2 beds inside each badroom. It means you have your own room and privacy.
This is fully equipped, modern newly built 120 sqm apartment.
There are 4 bed rooms with funitures.
Three rooms with 2 windows and balcony.
One living room with big table for 4-6 persons.
One fully equipped Kitchen with refrigerator, Oven, microwave, dishwasher, water cooker, Toster and Coffe machine.
Two fully equipped Bathrooms with shower and tube, I provide towes as well.
Two Sunny Balconies.
It is located at city center, close to Messe and skyline.
Max. 2 Minuten to U-Bahn and S-Bahn by foot.
With S3, S4, S5, and S6 you can reach city within 10 min.
By bike, you can get to the city within 15 min.
Supermarket, dm, Apetheke, post office are all within walking distance.

I am working as finance controller in an international company in Germany for 9 years. But I am not typical finance person, I am very social, energetic, flexible and open-minded lady who likes to listen and share something new and positive with others.
I am also Airbnb super host and have 3 years experiences to rent my apartment and have had 330 very good reviews.
But on this website, I am new one but would like to have different renting experience. If you have any questions and concern, just openly talk to me. Communication is always important.
Actually I have a couple of apartments with 1 room to 4 rooms. Depends on your expectation and budget, I am very sure I can help to choose the right one for you. I am not the host who just give the key to my guest, I will be the support all the time during your stay. But sure you have your privacy. I also had a lot of experience to share apartment with people, I DON'T share apartment only: I take my guests as my friends or even family members. We spent time and enjoyed life together. You can also always learn something from different people. That was very interesting and valuable experiences.
