Zufälligerweise ziehen in den nächsten 2 Monaten beide Mitbewohner mit deren Freund/in aus der WG aus und daher bin ich, Alisa (27), derzeit auf der Suche nach 2 neuen Mitbewohnern für unsere große, sonnige 3-er WG im Gallusviertel. Ein Zimmer ist ab 01. März und das andere ab 01. April verfügbar. Mit Einzugsterminen bleiben wir etwas flexibel. Unsere Wohnung ist ca. 115m2 groß und besitzt einen schönen großen sonnigen Balkon zum grünen Innenhof. Alle 3 Schlafzimmer sind ca. 14m2 groß und haben einen französischen Balkon. Wir haben einen großen Wohn/Essbereich mit offener Küche, der zum gemeinsamen Balkon führt. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Bäder mit Waschmaschine. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein eigener Keller sowie ein Fahrradkeller und ein Tiefgaragenstellplaz.

Hi! Coincidentally both of my roommates in the flat are moving out with their partners in the next 2 months and therefore I, Alisa (27), am currently looking for 2 new roommates for our 3-bedroom flat in Gallusviertel. One room is available from March 1 and the second from April 1. Move in date is somewhat flexible. Our apartment is about 115m2 and has a large, sunny, south-facing balcony to a green interior courtyard. All 3 bedrooms are about 14m2 and have a French balcony. The apartment is laid out with a large open concept kitchen/living/dining room, that is connected to the shared balcony. the apartment also has 2 washrooms and a washing machine. In the basement is a parking spot and a separate storage area, as well as shared bike room.
Die Galluswarte ist in 8 Min zu Fuß erreichbar und die Tramhaltestelle Schwalbacherstraße ist noch ein wenig näher. Damit ist man super schnell in der Innenstadt oder am Main. Zum Joggen ist in unmittelbarer Nähe der Rebstockpark. Der Rewe ist keine 2 Gehminuten entfernt und der Bäcker ist direkt an der Hausecke.

The area is well-connected with public transport, with the S-Bahn (Galluswarte) an 8 min walk and the tram (Schwalbacherstraße) even closer by. There are many grocery stores in the area, including a Rewe only 2 minutes away. There are cozy neighborhood bars and restaurants within walking distance and it is only a short jaunt to Rebstockpark.
Ich bin berufstätig, offen und unkompliziert. Mache gerne Sport, genieße das Leben in Frankfurt und Reise normalerweise gerne. Spontane gemeinsame Frühstücke oder einen (odere mehrere) Aperolis auf dem Balkon gehören genauso dazu wie mal seine Ruhe haben. Jeder lebt sein Leben und wenn es passt auch gerne gemeinsam. :-)
Deshalb bin ich auf der Suche nach neuen Personen, die Bock haben, gemeinsam das WG-Leben zu gestalten.
Am Besten lernen wir uns einfach persönlich kennen!

I am currently employed in Frankfurt and enjoy sports / fitness, travelling to new places, exploring the city and sitting down at a nice restaurant with friends. Spontaneous breakfasts together on the balcony and one (or a few) Aperols on the balcony are just as welcome as quite evenings in our own space. I'm excited for the WG to have some new energy with welcoming some new people!
Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet, so dass ihr nur euch und euer Zimmer mitbringen müsst. Für die Küche und die Möbel (Wohnzimmer/Flur/Balkon) wäre ein Abschlag von 500€ zu zahlen.
Die Miete beträgt 840€ all in (inkl. Internet, Strom usw.). Weitere Kosten kommen nicht auf dich zu.

The communal rooms of the apartment are fully furnished, you need only to bring you and furniture for your bedroom. An additional fee for the kitchen and shared furniture will be included.
The monthly rent comes to 840€ all in (incl. Internet, Electricity, etc.), it’s all already been taken care of!
