Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock. Das Zimmer hat 14qm bei ca 3m Deckenhöhe. Ein Hochbett ist schon eingebaut und bringt weitere 4qm. Wir teilen Küche und Bad und haben ein Gästezimmer. Das Zimmer liegt zur von der Strasse abgewandten Seite. Tisch und Stühle, ein Sofa und ein hoher Schrank sind vorhanden
The flat is on the 3rd floor. The room is 14m² and ceiling height is 3m. A built in loft bed will give you an additional 4m². We share kitchen and bathroom and have a guest room. The room faces away from the street. A table plus chairs, a sofa and a tall closet are already available.
Wir leben 4 Minuten von der Galluswarte entfernt. Das heißt aber auch, dass man die Bahn durchaus wahrnimmt. Besonders geräuschempfindliche Menschen könnten damit ein Problem haben. Das Europaviertel wuchert leider immer näher an das alte Viertel heran. Da wir fast auf der Grenzlinie wohnen, kann man die Kontraste zwischen beiden Vierteln gut beobachten.
4 minutes from the house is the station Galluswarte. It's an advantage for moving through the city but you also hear the trains. For persons with sensitive ears it could mean a problem. The Europaviertel is expanding to Gallusviertel. As we are living close to the border between them, one can observe the contrast between both districts.
Meine bisherige Mitbewohnerin ist in eine eigene Wohnung gezogen. Da ich bisher gute Erfahrungen mit gemischten WGs gemacht haben, sind wir bevorzugt auf der Suche nach einer Mitbewohnerin. Bei mir gibt es ein absolutes NO GO und dass gilt für rechtes Gedankengut jeglicher Spielart. Drogen in der Wohnung gehen auch nicht. Wir setzen darauf, dass alle Menschen in unserer WG mitdenken und Verantwortung übernehmen. Daher verwalten wir unsere WG auch nicht über Pläne und Kassen. Natürlich sind uns neue Impulse in diesem groben Rahmen immer willkommen.
Im ganzen Haus sind nur WGs auf 5 Stockwerken. Trotzdem ist es keine Partylocation. Die Stockwerksböden sind aus Holz. Das verlangt Rücksichtnahme auf die anderen Mietparteien. Wer ein "Hotelzimmer" wil, sollte auf diese Anzeige nicht antworten.

My former flatmate moved into her own flat. As I have had great experiences with mixed flats, I am looking preferred, but not exclusively, for a female flatmate. I have an absolute NO GO, which is a right-wing attitude of any kind. Drugs are also not allowed in the apartment. We expect all members of the flat to feel responsible for the flat. This is why we do not organize with plans or any cash administration. But of course new input within this frame are always welcome.
All apartments in this 5-story house are shared. Still, it is no party location. The floors are made of wood. This requires a due amount of consideration for the other tennants. Anybody just looking for a "hotel room" shouldn't waste his or her and my time by answering this add.
