Hi, I am looking for a nice next tenant for my two flatmates P. and J. About the room, it is about 12 square meters equipped with a bed, a wardrobe and a table. Everything in good condition.
The room is in a Hochparterre direct to the street. Moreover I have sticked a matte adhesive foil to half of the window, so that no one can look inside but I can still enjoy the daylight. It can easily be removed if not liked.
The house is placed in the Koblenzer Straße 7, in the Gallus neighbourhood. The area is quite calmed but really well connected. The S-bahn station Galluswarte (S3, S4, S5, S6) and the Tram station Speyerer Straße (11, 12) are both only 5 minutes away by foot. Only 10 minutes away from the center. Really close to the WG you can find the shopping center Skyline plaza (3 minutes walking).
The WG-life is quite relaxed. P. is working on her PHD and J. is working in an IT company, so they both have regular daily routines. On the evenings, we like to eat out or cook together with a glass of wine etc. On the Weekends we also sometimes go out together or seldom host a party. However, everybody close his/her door whenever some rest is needed; this is also very common in our WG.
Until now we have been arranging ourselves without a cleaning Plan, because everybody is cleaning on our own when needed.
Apart from that, the whole building is composed of WGs (Mostly workers, trainees or commuters), it is quite easy to find new and nice stories on the corridor.
The room has a minimum renting period of 12 Months; it is asked by the landlord.
