Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 m2 groß und hell, also genug Platz um alles was man benötig im Zimmer zu verstauen. Das Zimmer ist durch ein großes Fenster schön hell und geht nach hinten raus weshalb es sehr ruhig ist. Von der Straße vor dem Haus wirst du nichts mitbekommen. Insgesamt Miete beträgt 391€ incl. Nebenkosten, Internet und GEZ.
Zusätzlich zum Zimmer gibt es noch ein Wohn-/Esszimmer. Zurzeit ist echt nicht viel drin, da ich erst im Oktober eingezogen bin und meine Mitbewohnerin, seit Oktober nur ein paar Tage in Frankfurt war. Deshalb steht im Wohnzimmer zurzeit lediglich ein Tisch, Stühle und ein Regal. Man könnte sich natürlich dann Zusammen überlegen ob man ein Sofa etc. besorgen möchte. Zusammengefasst gibt es im Wohnzimmer noch viel Möglichkeit um sich auszuleben.

The room is approx. 15 m2 large and bright, so there is enough space to store everything you need in the room. The room is beautifully due to a large window and as it is located at the back of the house it is very quiet. You won't notice anything from the street in front of the house. Total rent is 391€ incl. additional costs, internet and GEZ (TV/Radio Licence).
In addition to the room there is also a living/dining room. At the moment there's really not much going on in ther, as I moved in in October and my flatmate has only been in Frankfurt for a few days since then. That's why there is only a table, chairs and a shelf in the living room. Of course, we could consider buying a sofa or something to fill the room. In summary, still a lot of space to bring your creative side to surface.
Die Wohnung liegt nur 5 min Fußweg von der Galluswarte entfernt S-Bahn und Straßenbahn sind somit einfach zu erreichen.
Penny sind in 5 min zu erreichen Aldi, Lidl und Rewe in ca. 10 min.
Von der Galluswarte kommt in nur 5 min mit der Bahn in die Innenstadt und ist dadurch gut gelegen um schnell und einfach sich in Frankfurt zu bewegen.
Die Wohnung besitzt zwar keinen Stellplatz. Jedoch findet man vor allem Abends eigentlich immer gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür.

The apartment is only 5 min walk from the Galluswarte and the S-Bahn and tram are easy to reach.
Penny can be reached in 5 minutes Aldi, Lidl and Rewe in about 10 minutes.
From the Galluswarte it takes only 5 minutes by train to the city centre and is therefore conveniently located to get around Frankfurt quickly and easily.
The apartment does not have a parking space. However, there are always good parking facilities right on the doorstep, especially in the evenings.

Ich bin 25 Jahre und mache einen Berufsbegleitenden Master hier in Frankfurt. Ich bin erst seit Oktober letzten Jahres in Frankfurt und komme ursprünglich aus Berlin. Im WG-Leben bin ich ziemlich entspannt. Mir ist eine allgemeine Sauberkeit und Rücksichtnahme wichtig, aber das sollte ja eigentlich gegeben sein in einer WG. :) Ich würde mich natürlich freuen wenn es nicht nur eine reine Zwecks-WG werden würde, aber erzwingen möchte ich auch nichts. Deshalb ein entspannter und respektvoller Umgang ist mir am wichtigsten alles andere wird sich dann zeigen.
Was noch wichtig wäre: Ab Juni würde mein Freund (23) auch erstmal in die Wohnung mit einziehen. Er sieht nach seinen Master nach Deutschland für mich (ursprünglich kommt er aus Nordirland) und muss hier erstmal fußfassen. Zu ihm ist zu sagen das er typisch Ire ist, also sehr entspannt und umgänglich und ist auch immer für einen Spaß zu haben.
Alles weitere kann gerne beim Persönlichen kennenlernen oder per Skype vorab geklärt werden.

I'm 25 years old and currently doing my Masters in partnership with a company in Frankfurt I have only been in Frankfurt since October last year and originally came from Berlin. I'm pretty relaxed living with other people. The only two important things for me are a general understanding of cleanliness and respect (e.g. not playing Music really loud at 10 pm during the week), but that should be a given :). Of course I would be happy if it wouldn't just be a flat share were we live alongside of each other, but I don't want to force any friendship as well. That's why a relaxed and respectful contact is the most important thing for me and everything else will show.
Another important information would be: From June my boyfriend (23) would also move into the apartment for the time being. He will move to Frankfurt after his Master's degree for me (originally he comes from Northern Ireland) and has to get a foothold here first. About him: He is typically Irish, so very relaxed and for a laugh. :D
Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen kann, handelt es sich bei der Wohnung um einen Altbau. Das Bad ist sehr klein, deshalb vielleicht eher weniger für Badewannenliebhaber geeignet. Jedoch ist es sauber und bietet alles was man braucht. Ich habe mich auch mittlerweile daran gewöhnt und komme mit dem kleinen Bad auch gut zurecht.
Die Küche ist auch von der etwas kleineren Sorte besitzt aber wie das Badezimmer alles was man benötigt und genügend Stauraum.
Ich hoffe das waren erstmal genügend Informationen, beim weiteren kennenlernen kann man ja noch offene Fragen beantworten oder mir einfach schreiben.

As shown in the pictures, the apartment isn't a newly build one. The bathroom is very small, so perhaps less suitable for bath lovers. However, it is clean and offers everything you need. I've also got used to it in the meantime and get along very well with the small bath. :)
The kitchen is also of the smaller kind, but again offers everything you need, also including a wash machine and enough storage space.
I hope that's enough information for now, when we get to know each other we can answer further questions you might have and get to know each other a bit more.
If you are interested in the room I would be happy if you send me an e-mail or a whatsapp with some information about you (no novel, because I hate to write it myself, unless you want to) and it would be nice if you send me a link from your Facebook profile, so I can get a first impression of you.
