Hey! The room is 20mq, fully furnished with bed, 2 wardrobes, desk and chair.
It is very luminous and spacious.
The bathroom and the kitchen are small but recently nicely refurbished. They are full equipped.
Galluswarte (s-bahn) is 5min walking, Speyererstrasse (tram) 4min. You can easily reach the city center in 6 minutes s-bahn or 10 minutes tram. If you prefer walking, it will take you 20min.
Penny, rewe, DM and a big mall (Skyline plaza) are all 5/10 min walking from the house.
The area is also sorrounded by many restaurants.
Two girls are actually living in the WG. They are 24 and 26, both working students. They are german but English is absolutely not a problem ( We spoke english the whole time) since they both had international experiences.
The building and the neighbourhood are full of students, interns and young workers. Totally recommended
In the room there is a coatrack/open wardrobe, which was bought last year. I would ask 80€ for this.
The room is available from the 01st of June. The deposit is 1200€
