An dein künftiges, helles Zimmer mündet der Balkonzugang. Du kannst dich auf ca. 18 m2 frei ausleben. Grundsätzlich wird das Zimmer unmöbliert vermietet, du kannst aber auf deinen Vormieter zugehen, wenn dir seine Möbel gefallen. :)
Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, eine große Küche und ein Bad mit eigenem Tageslichtfenster und eine kleine Abstellkammer. Die Wohnung an sich ist schon älter hat viel Potenzial, das ich gerne mit dir zum Strahlen bringen möchte. Es gibt sowohl einen Keller als auch ein Dachbodenabteil, beide bieten viel Stauraum.
Wir haben eine Spülmaschine und an sich eine (momentan sogar zwei (: ) Waschmaschinen in der Wohnung. Schreib mir bitte was Du denkst was der Grund dafür ist und/ oder welcher Raum sich besser als Waschmaschinenstandort eignet. :)

You future room is light and adjacent to the flats balcony. You‘ll have around 18 m2 to call your own. The room will be unfurnished but if you‘re interested, you can talk to my roomate about buying his furniture. :)
The flat has two bedrooms, a large kitchen, a bathroom with daylight as well as a small supply closet. The flat has a lot of potential, which i plan to bring into the light (with your help?) :)
We have a dishwasher and normally one(, atm two) washers. Please mention in your message what‘s the reason for that and/ or which room is the best location for a washer according to your opinion. :)
Die Wohnung liegt in einer süßen, ruhigen Seitenstraße der Galluswarte. Du kannst alles fußläufig erledigen, Supermärkte, Bäcker, Apotheke und ein Rossmann sind schnell zu erreichen. Die S-Bahnen erreichst Du entspannt in 3 Minuten- und wennˋs mal schnell gehen muss auch in einer. :) Der Hbf ist nur eine Station entfernt, zum Campus Westend, Bockenheim und Niederrad brauchst Du 15 Minuten. Auch die Straßenbahnstation ist nicht weit weg.
Der Skyline-Plaza ist ebenfalls nicht weit und mit der S-Bahn ist man innerhalb von wenigen Minuten auf der Zeil und im Stadtzentrum.

The apartment is located in a sweet, quiet side street of the Galluswarte Station. Everything you need can be accessed on foot, a variety of supermarkets, a bakery, a pharmacy and a Rossmann are within easy reach. The S-Bahn you reach easily within 3 minutes- and if you’re in a hurry also in one. :) The central station is only one stop away, you can reach the Westend campus, Bockenheim and Niederrad within 15 minutes.
The Skyline-Plaza is also not far and the Zeil/ city center is only a few minutes away by S-Bahn.
Du wirst mit mir, Theresa (26) zusammenwohnen. Ich studiere dual bei der Stadt & der FraUAS und bin in meiner Freizeit auch gern beschäftigt oder unterwegs (Jetset uhuhuhuhu). Neben meiner mehr oder weniger erfolgreichen Leidenschaft für Pflanzen, kann ich mich auch für große Trinkgefäße, Sprachen und handwerkliches Arbeiten sowie Inneneinrichtung begeistern. Ich bin noch auf der Suche nach meinem Lieblingscafé, das wir gerne auch gemeinsam entdecken können.
Du solltest (positive) WG-Erfahrung mitbringen. Die Sauberkeit und Ordnung der Gemeinschaftsräume und -flächen ist mir sehr wichtig. Du solltest ein ähnliches Verständnis diesbezüglich haben.

You will share the flat with me, Theresa (26). I study and work for the city and in my spare time I also like to keep myself busy e.g by travelling. Besides my more or less successful passion for plants, I'm also into large drinking vessels, languages and handicrafts as well as interior design. I'm still looking for my favorite cafe, which we can perhaps discover together.
You should have (positive) flatshare experience. The cleanliness and order of the common rooms and areas is very important to me. You should have a similar understanding in that regard.
Mein jetztiger Mitbewohner möchte gerne 300€ Abschlagszahlung für Küche und Bad.
Besichtigungen sind dienstags, mittwochs und freitags ab 17 Uhr möglich. :)
