Die Wohnung ist im urbanen Stadtgebiet Gallus gelegen und hat guten Anschluss zu unterschiedlichen Shops und Läden. Im angrenzenden Europaviertel findet sich noch mehr Auswahl was Restaurants und Geschäfte betrifft - hier ist auch die Mall Skyline Plaza gelegen, in der man alles findet, was man braucht. Im alten Teil des Gallus liegt die Frankenallee, was als parkähnliche Anlage, zum Spazieren und Joggen geeignet ist.
Die wichtigsten öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in 5 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen: S-Bahn, Straßenbahn und Bus bieten Anschluss zur Stadtmitte und zur Messe.
Die Wohnung selbst ist aufgeteilt in zwei Zimmer, die durch einen langen Flur separiert sind. Am Flur gelegen ist das kleine, aber kompakte Tageslichtbad mit Dusche und WC. Die anschließende Küche ist hell und geräumig. Alle Gegenstände/Geräte in Flur, Bad und Küche können selbstverständlich (mit)benutzt werden.
Dein Mitbewohner arbeitet viel, spricht französisch und ist trés charmant :))
Das WG-Leben ist herzlich, aber vom Berufsrythmus geprägt. Die Küche lädt aber zum verweilen und gemeinsamen Kochen ein!

Fahrräder können im Hof abgestellt werden, ein separater Keller für Fahrräder ist ebenfalls da, damit alle BewohnerInnen des Hauses dort ihre Räder unterstellen zu können.
