Bright, quiet room in a shared flat.
There is a big full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, etc. You will have a lot of fun to perfect you cookings art here. Fast-speed internet is available. There is a washing machine in the basement, You may park you bike inside the building. Also we have a very big basement that you can use. Plenty of sunlight.
The flat is located in a quite street beside the river in Griesheim.
Bakery, REWE is 2 minutes walk away.
A local grocery shop is also 3 minute walk away.
Netto, Penny, Lidl are also close by.
The Griesheim train station is just 6 minute by foot. If you wanna go Frankfurt hbf it takes only 5 minute from Griesheim by Train and 15 minute by bike.
The river is just 1 minute walk away. Perfect place to take a walk or chill. Also, we go there to play table tennis sometimes.
So the location is absolutely amazing.
Both roommates work on IT. Because of our stress we need to be by ourselves at the weekend we get along well and value a friendly atmosphere. But if something comes up, we can always knock on the other person's door and exchange ideas.
Keep it Tidy & CLEAN ;-) - Everyone appreciated the cleanliness in our flat share.
