The room is 17m^2 and includes a wardrobe, a mattress with frame, a desk with 3 chairs, a floor lamp, a shoe cabinet, a fan and a bookshelf. The room has a huge window. Therefore, it is always very light-flooded in the room during the day. At night you can of course simply use the roller shutters.
In order to move in, it is necessary to pay the transfer agreement. This includes all the furniture I leave behind, as well as kitchen utensils and my share of the washing machine (200€).
The picture used for the room is the old one, since then a comfortable office chair and shoe cabinet have been added
The apartment is located in Frankfurt Griesheim. There are supermarkets within minutes of walk.
In 7-8 minutes you are already at the S-Bahn station, which is only one station away from the main train station (Frankfurt HBF). So you are very quickly in the city center. Bus stop is right in front of the building which reaches to most importnat connections.
In addition, a gym is nearby. (McFit, about 10 minutes walk)
Armin (medical student, relatively at the end of his studies) and Maryam (comes from Iran and is studying architecture for a master's degree here who is currently subletting her room) live in the flat share.
In our flat share it's more in the direction of a purpose flat share. We're all very nice to each other and supportive of each other, but all more or less lead our separate lives.
Some proof of payment will be necessary to make the contract for long term. 390 euros is all inclusive for the rent and 10 euros is to be paid to Armin for the internet cost.
200 euros upfront will be necessary to be paid ik advance to finalize the process. Viewings are possible but difficult to do as I am currently busy finishing up my intership and exams hence online viewings are preferable. The house already has an oven, a water kettle, a sandwich maker and most dishes are common and oven friendly ceramic make
Lastly an early move of around 23 february is possible but its not a big deal and you can always move in 1st of march if thats your preference
