Wir suchen einen neuen Mieter für ein Zimmer in unserer 3er WG in Frankfurt-Griesheim. Das Zimmer ist ab 1. Mai 2023 frei, sodass du ein schönes, großes und ruhiges Zimmer beziehen könntest. Bad mit Dusche und Wanne sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche sind natürlich auch vorhanden.
Die angegebene Miete ist eine Pauschalmiete und beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten inkl. Strom und regelmäßige Reinigung durch eine Putzfrau.
Langfristige Mieten (> 6 Monate) bevorzugt.

We are looking for a new tenant for a room in our 3-person shared flat in Frankfurt-Griesheim. The room is available from May 1, 2023, so you could move into a nice, large and quiet room. Bathroom with shower and tub and a fully equipped kitchen are of course available.
The rent indicated is a flat rate and includes all ancillary costs including electricity and regular cleaning by a cleaning lady.
Long term rentals (> 6 months) preferred.

Von der Wohnung sind es 2 Minuten zur S-Bahn Station Griesheim. Die Fahrt zum Hauptbahnhof dauert nur 4 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, etc. sind in der Nähe reichlich vorhanden. Ruhige Wohnlage.

From the apartment it is 2 minutes to theS-Bahn station Griesheim. The journey to the main train station takes only 4 minutes. Shops, restaurants, etc. are plentiful in the vicinity. Quiet residential area.
WG-Leben
Alle Mitbewohner sind berufstätig und haben keine besonderen Ansprüche an Dich oder das Zusammenleben (natürlich von Sauberkeit abgesehen ;) ). Das heißt aber nicht, dass eine reine Zweck-WG geführt wird. Die Details klären wir aber am besten telefonisch oder zur Besichtigung.

All roommates are employed and have no special demands on you or living together (apart from cleanliness, of course ;) ). That does not mean, however, that a purely functional flat share is maintained. The best way to clarify the details is by phone or for a visit.

Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert. Die Ablöse für Bett mit fast neuer Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Stuhl, Kommode, Nachttisch, und Lampen liegt bei 250 Euro. So ziemlich alle Möbel sind von Ikea :-)

The room is fully furnished. The cost for the bed with an almost new mattress, wardrobe, office chair, chest of drawers and bedside table is 250 euros once. Pretty much all the furniture is from Ikea :-)
