Hello potential new roommate :)
We are Gabriela and Lara and we are seeking for a new tenant. The apartment has a functional hall, bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen. All rooms are fitted with parquet flooring
The room has a large bed, desk, chair, mirror, closet, cabinet and bookshelf (everything you see in the photo, will stay). It is very bright and tidy. Thick curtains has been installed to be able to sleep comfortably.
The apartment is very well located. 5 minutes walk to Aldi/Rewe/DM/Rossmann/bakeries. The Zeil shopping center with many stores and restaurants is also very close, as well as many restaurants, hairdressers in the immediate vicinity. And for sushi lovers, Super Kato is only 1 minute away :).
The shared flat is located in an apartment building on the 2nd floor (elevator available). The appartment is fully furnished and our landlord repairs/replaces everything that is necessary. Even if you want curtains, lamps or that kind of stuff, they give them to you, which is super convenient. The 650EUR per month includes all costs, also the Rundfunkbeitrag!
The kitchen has refrigerator+freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction stove, plates, cutlery, pots, pans, etc.
The bathroom has a washingmachine as well as towel warmer. In the hall here is space to leave shoes and coats.
Your potential new flatmates would be Lara (25y), who works in finance and Gabriela (25y) who works in marketing.
During the week we don't spend much time at home, as the working hours are long, so we take great care to have a relaxed atmosphere at home, where we all respect each other and can relax after a long day. However, if we feel like it, we would love to have a dinner together, or go out for brunch; do something together! :)
Parties are not allowed, as well as smoking. Also, we have a cleaning schedule that is super important to us, during the week we are careful not to leave anything dirty, and during the weekend we do a deep cleaning. It is very important for us to have a tidy and clean apartment. Please, if you like to party a lot or cleaning is not important for you, do not contact us.
In order for a tenancy agreement to be concluded, the landlord requires a copy of the ID, last payslip or current employment contract to show how you intend to pay your rent and a copy of a valid personal liability insurance.
Moving in is planned for June 30th. If possible, we are looking for a long-term roommate.
