Hallo/hello! Das Zimmer hat hohe Decken, mit einer großen Fensterfront. Der Boden ist aus Laminat, Umstreichen der Wand wäre vollkommen in Ordnung. Gegenüber wird gebaut, dass wird sich auch noch hinziehen, auch feiern die Leute hier am Wochenende gerne etwas länger, es ist wirklich Innenstadtlage, wenn du also absolute Ruhe brauchst, die haben wir nicht.

The room is facing a lively neighbourhood as it is in city center, so it can be noisy, however if you are the person who do not mind any noise, this room is perfect for you!
Gelegen zwischen Konstablerwache (hier fahren fast alle U- und S-Bahnen,) und Ostendstraße. Auch der Nachtbus hat hier seinen Knotenpunkt, also Mobilität fällt leicht :). Zum Main läuft man 5 Minuten, sowie zu den gängigen Supermarkt- und Drogerieketten. Der Grüngürtel ist über die Straße. Internationale Restaurants und Läden jeder Art sind auch vorhanden. Kurz gesagt es gibt hier alles was man sich vorstellen kann, außer Grabesstille^^
The flat is located very central.
Nearest stations is Konstablerwache and Ostenstrasse(S-Bahn and U-Bahn)5min by walk.
Supermarket Netto and Penny is 1-3min away by walk.
There is also tram stop near by.
This location is perfect to go anywhere easily.
Ich studiere Jura, meine Mitbewohnerin ist in einem Reisebüro tätig. Wir kommunizieren meist auf Englisch, sie lernt zudem Deutsch. Wir sind sozusagen nicht mehr im Alter, in dem man ständig Party machen muss. Du kannst aber jederzeit Leute einladen, es gibt keine Regeln, außer dem ganz normalen Respekt jedem gegenüber.
In der Küche haben wir Microwelle, Spülmaschine und alle Kleingeräte, selbst eine Heißluftfritteuse, also alles was man braucht und mehr^^. Hier wird oft gekocht, und gerne die Gerichte geteilt, ist aber kein Muss, nur geteilte Freude :)
Wir unterstützen uns jederzeit gegenseitig, lassen aber auch viel Privatsphäre.
Das Wohnzimmer ist natürlich für uns alle gemeinsam. Wenn du Gäste hast, wird das Wohnzimmer zum Gästezimmer, auf der Couch kann man gut schlafen ;)

We both are easy going and sociable.
The flat is not a party flat, but we like to spend some time together, especially sharing meals :)
We have a living room, where guests are welcome to sleep over!
