Das Zimmer hat eine tolle große Fensterfront mit Skyline Blick und Zugang zum gemeinsamen Balkon. In dem Zimmer befindet sich ein Schreibtisch, welcher vom Vermieter gestellt wurde. Weitere Möbel (Regal, Bett, Matratze, Spiegel, Rollos, Kleiderstange + Bügel) hat deine Vormieterin übernommen und werden für 480€ an die nächste Person verkauft (ein Weiterverkauf an deinen Nachmieter sollte möglich sein).
Die Wohnung wurde im Februar 2020 komplett modernisiert, heißt alle Zimmer, das Bad mit Walk-In Regendusche und allen Armaturen, Keramikteile, etc.
Die Küche hat eine neue, grifflosen Zeile mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Backofen, Kochfeld und LED-Steuerung per Fernbedienung.

The apartment was completely modernized in February 2020, means all rooms, the bathroom with walk-in rain shower and all fixtures, ceramic parts, etc..
The kitchen has a new, handleless line with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and LED control by remote control.
Die Wohnung ist in einer Seitenstraße der Konstabler Wache. Zentraler kann man also gar nicht wohnen. Die in direkter Fußnähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars und der Main.

Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt und ungezwungen. Mauritz befindet sich im Referendariat für das 2. juristische Staatsexamen. Laudine arbeitet als Analyst für die EZB. Max arbeitet im Rechtsteam bei der Commerzbank. Allgemein ist es ein sehr respektvolles und nettes Zusammenleben. Schreib doch bitte, was du von einer WG erwartest, was dir bisher in WG's gut gefallen hat, ob du WG Erfahrung hast, wie lange du planst in Frankfurt zu bleiben.

Life in the shared flat is very relaxed and informal. Mauritz is in his traineeship for the 2nd state law exam. Laudine works an an analyst for the ECB. Max is working in the legal team at the Commerzbank. In general, it is a very respectful and nice living together. Please write what you expect from a WG, what you liked so far in WG's, if you have WG experience, how long you plan to stay in Frankfurt.
In der Miete sind - bis auf die Ablösevereinbarung bzgl. der weiteren Möbel - bereits alle Kosten (außer GEZ) enthalten. Internet, Strom oder Heizung werden direkt vom Vermieter übernommen und sind in der Miete eingepreist.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 01. Juni frei.
