The room in three rooms flat we wanna sublet is :
12sqm room：465 warm rent, available from 01.01.2022 or 16.12.2021
There are 1 working table, 1 side table, 1 small cabinet, 2 chairs, 1 book shelf, a 1.2 m bed with mattress and a standing clothes hanger in the room.
Environment:
The apartment locates in a little bit out of city center with nature scenery. But it’s still easy to reach Hbf by only around 15 min( by walking around 800 m and then 2 stops with S1/2)
If you are also enjoy the nature as us. Here’s a national preserved nature area with forest, lake and Nidda stream. And a horse farm is about 500m away. It is quite nice to walk through the wood or have a picnic by the lake in sunny day.
Location:
Take S1/S2 2 stops from Hpf(main train station) to Nied Bahnhof.
About 800m away from Nied Bahnhof to our apartment.
By around 5 min walking to Lidl or Rewe
By bike about 25 min ride to Messe, by car about 10 min.

I‘m Echo, study art in Frankfurt. My partner Frederik, works in a software development company.
We like cooking pretty much. This year we are into an Israeli-born British Chef‘s cooking recipe. On Saturday we usually make fish dishes. We would love to share dinner with our roommate when we are not busy.
We do work out every day. Sometimes running (there’s a really nice nature view along the Nidda river when running ). When we have time we watch movie, go to museums or hiking in the mountain of Taunus.
Frederik like playing Gitarre and reading. I recently focus on my art project and learning German.
