Room Description:
The room, measuring 9m², comes fully furnished with a comfortable bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe. Natural light comes through a large window, facing to the courtyard, for maximum quiet.
Features:
The apartment features two bathrooms for five people in total. The kitchen is fully furnished and there is plenty of storage room for each guest. There is also a shared washing machine. The nebekosten are included in the rent.
Atmosphere:
We pride ourselves on maintaining a warm and friendly atmosphere among our flatmates. Despite everyone leading their own lives, our flatmates are kind, polite, and respectful towards each other. Strict cleaning schedules are in place, and all cleaning amenities are shared among the flatmates.
Neighborhood:
The apartment is well-served by public transportation: ubahn is 10 minutes walking away and trams and buses are even closer. Berger strasse with all its amenities, clubs, bar, restaurants and so on is very close. There are plenty of supermarkets as well as discounts within 10 minutes walking. Yet the apartment is close to Günthersburgpark so it enjoys a quiet location on a secondary street.
