Ruhiges Zimmer mit Blick auf einen riesigen Baum im Hinterhof in einer Altbau-Wohnung im 3.Stock mit Holzdielen, hohen Decken, etwas Stuck. Die Wände sind orange und braun gestrichen, Farbe auf Rauhputz, von daher warme, kuschelige Atmosphäre.
Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert (durchgehendes Regalbrett an 2 Wänden, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Papierkorb, Stühle, Teppich, Lampe).
Wir stellen Küche und Badezimmer (inkl. Waschmaschine) gerne zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung.
Bevorzugt an eine ruhige Frau - NR'in. Wochenendheimfahrerin bevorzugt..
Im schönen Nordend-Ost, mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés, unweit der lebendigen Berger Straße, der FH (um die Ecke) und der Uni (8´ per Rad). Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen rechts bzw. links vom Haus. In die Innenstadt wenige Minuten per Rad... REWE 2´, Aldi 10´zu Fuß, Taxistand in Blickweite.
Wir wohnen hier zu zweit, mein Sohn (18 Jahre) und ich (52 Jahre).
