Hallo zukünftiger Mitbewohner,
Unsere WG befindet sich im 1. Stock eines schönen Altbaus und ist mit ca. 155m2 wirklich sehr großzügig. Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer, Küche, offenes Esszimmer, Abstellraum, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Gästetoilette, die wir gemeinsam nutzen. Du hast also definitiv mehr Platz als "nur" dein Zimmer. Ein wunderschöner Hinterhof mit Fahrradabstellplätzen und verträumten Garten ist auch vorhanden und wird gerne von allen Bewohnern genutzt.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 14m2 groß und wirkt durch die hohen Decken sehr geräumig. Es wird unmöbliert vermietet, du kannst es also ganz nach deinen Wünschen gestalten. Durch das Fenster zur Westseite scheint eine schöne Abendsonne herein und der dunkle Boden gibt fast einen edlen Touch.

Our flat is located on the first floor of a wonderful old building and is very spacious with 155m2. We have a big living room, a kitchen, an open dining space, a storage room, a bathroom with bathtub and a guest WC that we share. So you definetly have more space than "just" your room. There is also a beautiful backyard with lots of space to put your bike and a dreamy garden in which we all love spending time in.
The room is 14m2 big, and feels very spacious because of its tall ceilings. The room will not be furnished, so you can arrange it in the way you wish. The window goes out to the west side, so you get to enjoy the evening sun, and the dark floor kind of gives a fine touch to the room.
Unsere WG befindet sich im wunderschönen Nordend, umgeben von vielen süßen Cafés, Restaurants, Kneipen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Rewe, Aldi und Penny sind alle weniger als 10 Minuten entfernt. Der berühmte Friedberger Platz ist nur wenige Gehminuten von uns und auch der Günthersburgpark oder die Innenstadt sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Direkt vor unsere Haustür fahren die Tram 12 und 18 und der Bus 30 ab. Parkmöglichkeiten sind etwas schwierig zu finden, aber mit etwas Geduld hat man meist auch Erfolg. Alles in allem, eine wirklich tolle Lage, man ist schnell überall und vor allem mitten im Leben.
Our flat is located in the beautiful Nordend, surrounded by lots of cute Cafés, restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities. Rewe, Aldi and Penny are all within direct reach. The famous Friedberger Platz, the Günthersburgpark and the City Centre are also all within easy reach. Public transportation is right in front of our door (tram 12 and 18 and bus 30). Finding parking is not so easy, but with some patience usually you are successful. All in all, the location is just fantastic, everything is close and you’re right in the middle of buzzing Frankfurt.
In der WG Leben zur Zeit Elena (24), Arek (28), Cornelius (32) und David (33, zieht jetzt aus). Marianne (28) kommt im März aus ihrem Auslandssemester zurück. Wir sind ein bunt gemixter Haufen aus verschiedenen Nationalitäten, deshalb sprechen wir auch viel Englisch in der WG. Ein paar von uns gehören zur LGBTQIA+ Community, sodass wir diesbezüglich auch sehr offen sind. Alle WG Bewohner sind berufstätig, weshalb es uns besonders wichtig ist, dass wir alle respektvoll miteinander und vor allem mit den Schlafenszeiten der anderen umgehen.
Wir sind alle sehr offen und verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander, wenn es in unsere vollen Terminkalender reinpasst. Wir essen oft gemeinsam in der Küche, quatschen zwischen Tür und Angel, machen Spieleabende und schauen auch ab und an Filme in unserem Wohnzimmer. Dadurch, dass die Wohnung sehr groß ist, kann man sich aber auch immer gut zurückziehen, falls man mal seine Ruhe braucht.
Currently, Elena (24), Arek (28), Cornelius (32), and David (33, moving out now) are the members of this flat. Marianne (28) will return in March after her semester abroad. We are a wild mix of different nationalities, this is why we often also speak English in the flat. Some of us are part of the LGBTQIA+ community, so we are pretty open in this respect, too. All of the flatmates are working, therefore it is very important to us that we are all respectful to each other and especially each other's sleeping schedules.
We are all very open-minded and love to spend time together, when our busy schedules allow it. We often eat together in the kitchen, have a quick chat between doors, play games, and watch a movie together in our living room from time to time. Since the apartment is so huge and spacious, there is always some space where you can just be by yourself, if you feel like you need your time to relax and come down.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 03.01.2024 verfügbar. Wir suchen nach jemandem, der längerfristig bleiben will, freundlich und respektvoll ist und auch Lust hat, sich ein bisschen im WG Leben einzubringen. Keine Sorge, alles kann, nichts muss, aber wir wollen keine Zweck-WG sein.

The room is available from 03.01.2024. We are looking for someone who wants to stay for a longer term, who is friendly and respectful and also would like to engage a bit in the common activities. Don't worry, there is no pressure to do anything, but we don't want to be just a shared flat for the sake of saving costs.
