The apartment has just been freshly renovated and furnished and consists of 4 shared rooms, a nice eat-in kitchen and bathroom. The location is very good: Located directly in the city center of Frankfurt (Zeil and Berger Str. in the immediate vicinity), excellently connected to the university and FH/Frankfurt School Frankfurt and yet close to the park with recreational character.
All rooms have been renovated, furnished and decorated. The furniture includes a bed, bedside table, desk, desk chair, closet, chest of drawers and a mirror. The rooms are decorated with pictures, artificial plants, carpets, modern accessories and chic ceiling lamps. Each room is also equipped with electric shutters. The kitchen has a new fitted kitchen with all electrical appliances (incl. induction hob and dishwasher), dining table and chairs as well as small kitchen appliances (microwave) and some crockery/cutlery. The bathroom has a large rain shower and a washing machine which can be used free of charge.
Room 3 has its own balcony, which may only be used by the tenant of the room. The window front in room 3 is still being renovated.
