Room with original wooden parquet is looking for a new tenant! The room receives plenty of light entire day, with the double glazed window looking out to a quiet, leafy park. The bathroom is a beautiful tiled room with a large bath and a shower, with floors heated.
We have a guest room that has sofa cum bed and we also have an attic room that can be used for storage or for activities! It's perfect to hang your clothes to dry in the sun and warmth.
The apartment is located on the really most beautiful street in Frankfurt, which leads to Günthersburgpark (~1min walk). The 12 tram stop is only a minute or two away. The lively Bergerstrasse is only 5 minutes away, with plenty of shopping, bakeries, and restaurants to explore.
Your new roommates are Hannes and me (Ankit). We both are employed, Hannes works in the creative industry and I am working as Software Developer (currently, working from home). It would be good, if are open to have a beer in the kitchen in the evening or going out at the weekend, because I'm not looking for a flat share for a purpose.
The rent includes all additional costs including internet and cleaning assistant, who takes care of cleaning the kitchen, guest room, attic room, common area, and the bathroom every week.
